At last an ethical company with high standards and great prices. I love this company and have used them many times for my grandchildren. Highly recommended, I hope when they expand they will keep their core values.

I stumbled across this site just looking for ideas for my nephews. It's such a great idea, lists broken down by age of child, simple but really effective.

No point in not saying that you can get the same products cheaper on some occasions from other sites. In fact my first few visits were definitely just for ideas.

Every time they are close in price I order from them. It's worth a few pounds to get great delivery and hopefully keeping them around to keep giving great gift ideas.

I cannot praise this company enough. Their customer service is outstanding. Unfortunately after Father Christmas had been there was an issue with one of the items, no fault of wicked uncle. I contacted their customer services department and Lucy dealt with it straight away. No drama. No extra stress. One very happy child (and Aunt)

I ordered a Magnet Science Lab from Wicked Uncle for my grandson's Christmas present. On opening it was found to have 4 pieces missing. I emailed the company...no reply. I phoned to be told some one would ring this morning. No phone call. I rang again to be told no one was available to look into my complaint although it was only 2.15pm. I now will pursue my complaint through PayPal. Customer service certainly does not appear to be a priority for this company. I will never use again.

Faulty item delivered a week before Christmas. I called to find out what my options are on Friday at 4:30pm, to be told that someone will call me back on Monday about it. It was really frustrating to call within the opening hours and not be able to speak to someone that could tell me what the returns policy is, or whether they had another one in stock for me to order.
Someone did actually email me over the weekend to ask for more information about the issue (again, a little frustrating because I left the details with the person I spoke to over the phone) and they then subsequently let me know that they would send out a replacement part to fix the issue. This exceeded my expectations but only because they were set so low by the people I spoke to over the phone.
Forgetting the frustrating communications over the phone, the issue was actually dealt with quickly and the solution worked a treat to fix the faulty item. Thank you!

Good site. Loads of choice and easy to use on account of their age categorisation options. A 1 stop shop for kids, nieces & nephews etc. Prompt delivery.

I’ve placed two orders with Wicked Uncle now; the first in October for my nephews birthday and my second today for his Christmas present.

Not only do they have a huge range of really interesting, funny and high quality options, but they have the aftercare to back it up.

My first order in October came with the gift wrap option and whichever elf wrapped that did an incredible job; it was absolutely stunning. I can’t do that for this order due to the sheer volume of orders they’ve got (I totally get it) but that’s not stopping me with my order, I’ll wrap it myself if I have to because I want to use their services.

I had a few issues placing my order, but I rang up and spoke to Imogen (I think!) and she had me sorted in minutes.

I work in customer care myself as a senior and I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, the friendliness and the enthusiasm they work with.

5* isn’t enough, can I give 10?

I have used this site for a fair few years now and they have always come up trumps. Had a delivery issue a few years back, which was not their fault, but their customer service was excellent and quick to sort it. The selection of products are fresh and broad, website easy to navigate and pricing fair. If six out of 5 was possible I would probably give it.

Easy to use web site and likes videos as shiw size and what really happens. Arrived quickly and kept informed. I have not opened package but it appears to be same as picture, good packaging and all there. Giving it as Christmas present so just hope it works and lasts!

Ok so I got my son a few things from them and they replaced the tornado lamp but the great. The LED gloves of course one work the other doesn't. Then the light trick comes with two thumbs with light on the tip one worked the other didn't. Now we have two more gift to open from wicked uncle and I really hate to see my son not happy with the gifts he couldn't wait to open. I don't like to be a pest so I just went to another web site and ordered him some more LED gloves. Customer service is the best in the world they called me to resolve the issue with everything. Very professional. Very helpful.

Easy to use website. Products ordered arrived within 48hours when paying for standard delivery. Products were what we hoped and expected. Why can’t all companies be like you?

I searched for presents for a five year old and it has all categories for ages which is SO helpful I couldn't find this anywhere else. The delivery was super fast and I love the protector

Customer service is amazing had a birthday present that was faulty, sent an email within 10 mins they had arranged a replacement!!! To my amazement 2 days later it arrived brilliant service will continue to use this great company, 100% positive in all they do!!!!

I like this concept and seemed helpful at first, then the gifts came. The wrapping on the gift was mediocre at best (I could do much better and thats really saying something) and the "personalized note" to my nieces was written on a yellow post-it note and stuck on the outside. Needless to say they didn't stay attached and were both just in the bottom of the delivery box so my two nieces didnt know which one was which. I literally thought I had been punked. This was a joke.

This is the first time I've used Wicked Uncle and I'm super impressed.
I wanted something for my niece's 5th birthday and used Google to find something online. I'd never heard of Wicked Uncle but their reviews were all good and they have such a great selection of goodies for all ages.
I went for a stencil set with paper and colouring pencils and got it gift wrapped and sent straight to my niece as I wasn't going to be able to visit the family in the current lockdown. I ordered on the Sunday night and the gift arrived by the Wednesday in plenty of time for the birthday the following weekend. My niece absolutely loves it and I was reliably informed that it was very well wrapped too, so the elves did a great job!
The price of the gift was very good, as were the charges for the gift wrap and delivery. I'm really pleased I chose Wicked Uncle and will most certainly use them again as well as as recommending them to others.
It's a big Thank You from me and 10 out of 10!

I've just received my parcel and not only was everything securely protected with bubble wrap but the gift wrapped items were so beautifully wrapped! The only problem is that I can't send them my other stuff to wrap!
