Royal Mail (who are utterly terrible) left my Christmas delivery on my doorstep in the middle of the daytime. Unfortunately, an easy target for the local Camden scumbags so it was stolen.

WU answered my service query immediately and re-delivered the next day with their apologies. Excellent service.

2 stars for the glitchy website - Bought a load of gifts for the grandkids. The website was a little aggravating because as you scroll the pages keep moving and changing. So when you've clicked on something, it moves and you get shown another page and can't go back. Very glitchy at times.
5 Checkout easy.
5 Arrived on time.
5 Well packaged.
5 Good courier company.
5 Products good quality.
* The Jelly Fish tank needs a lot more detergent than stated in the instructions to work.

Our latest experience with Wicked Uncle has been trying to resolve the issue where they have so far refused to address the product which was not fit for purpose. I asked them to escalate the matter, and told them that I thought their previous response had been rude and abrupt. I'll let others decide if they agree with my opinion... "We shan’t be providing you with any further compensation. We hope you have a lovely festive season."

Anyway, their further response was: "Your comments are totally unacceptable. You did not buy this product and have no right whatsoever to make any demand. We therefore decline to have any further dealings with you."

No, I didn't buy this product. It was a gift to our then 6-year-old son (from a friend that we don't want to upset) of a product that was not fit for purpose. And I have made no "demands", merely a request that the matter be escalated so I can discuss with someone who will have a grown-up, customer-friendly conversation about the issues with the failed product and the shockingly bad "customer service".

I think it's important that other customers know how this company treats people, so they can make up their own minds before purchasing gifts for the people they care about.

I bought the small voice changer. What a mistake. The box came ripped, the machine voices are terrible. You cannot even make out words. What a waste of money. I want a refund

Stumbled across this lovely site whilst looking for gifts for our grandchildren! Always wary of sites I haven’t come across so read the reviews first… they were mainly very good so decided to order 2 items! They arrived by Royal Mail the next day…perfectly packaged and both items really lovely quality! We will definitely be using them again! Well done Wickeduncle it’s five stars from us!

I am not an uncle but every present I have bought for my adored grandchildren has been an ‘absolutely best ever’ from this company. Exciting products, easy choosing according to age, gender etc and swift delivery. Latest item was a disco light machine for an 8 year old disco diva. A hit!

Bought a voice changer toy which didn't work as soon as I removed it from the box. Absolute rubbish.

We received a gift for our child's first birthday from here. It was a light up bath toy that broke the first time we but it in water because water got inside the toy. Very disappointing. Poor quality over priced toy. I emailed the company about the faulty toy and got no reply.

We received a farmyard animal gift for my 2 year old. There were two pigs instead of one pig and one cow. I emailed the company and they emailed me back straight away and sent out a cow which arrived the next day. Really fantastic customer service and my daughter absolutely loves the fabric animals as they make noises and she enjoys carrying around the hand held barn. Will be purchasing from here again.

I bought a necklace gift set; it comes with an oyster clam that you open up yourself to get a pearl and a necklace pendent in the shape of a turtle. I absolutely love it. The locking mechanism on the chain broke after only a month. I emailed asking if I would be able to get a replacement. They asked for photos, I provided them and within 3 days, I had a replacement necklace chain delivered to the door and it is still working after 2 months. I'm very grateful to them for doing so and I wear it every day :)

Didn’t have a great experience with customer service. Incorrect order not rectified. I wouldn’t purchase from here again very overpriced.

Appalling customer service!! Do not buy from here! I bought a variety of items for my 11 year old son for christmas. I used the suitable age search but one if the items was completely unsuitable and the other item was incredibly overpriced for what it was. Both boxes were very carefully opened to look at the contents but once realising they were not suitable and overpriced they were resealed and returned for a refund. I had a very rude email back a couple if days later saying the boxes had been opened snd I was nit now entitled ti a refund snd the items would be posted back to me! I asked if I could have maybe a credit voucher instead of a refund abd was told no. No credit no refund items returned!! This attitude allows wicked uncle to sell what ever they want snd it's tough if its not suitable!! Shocking!! In reply to your comment wicked uncle that is absolutely untrue that the boxes were 'ripped opened' and I cannot believe you have made that false comment!! This just reiterates why I will not be buying from you again and why I will recommend others not to

An excellent company to deal with. Wickeduncle have a great range of toys and games, and I have bought from them several times.
An item I ordered for my grandson before Christmas had a technical fault. I called Wickeduncle on 28th December, and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful young lady. I received a replacement on 29th - customer service doesn't get much better than that!

I have used Wicked uncle for Christmas and birthday presents for my niece and nephew for around thee years now. I have found their products to be brilliant; the kids have always loved the toys.
The same was true this time too, although, unfortunately, one of the toys, a Boppin' Beagle, singing and dancing dog, didn't work properly. When I contacted Wicked Uncle, they could not have been more helpful. They replaced it without question, direct to my niece's address (it was originally delivered to my Mum's to hide the gift) and said that they didn't want to inconvenience my Mum any further, and so returning the original order was not necessary. They didn't have to do that and I am very grateful to them for it. First stop for great gift ideas and and extremely good customer service.
