Excellent service
This is an excellent service! I've had many negative experiences when talking with my regular GP about female issues, and the waiting time to book an appointment is becoming longer and longer these days. Webdoctor was instant, and I didn't even need to speak to anyone. After a quick questionnaire, a doctor sent me a message within a few hours to tell me my prescription was waiting for me at my local chemist. I would definitely use this service again.

Excellent for quick appointment for basic generic things but....
Using the site and securing an appointment within an hour or 2 was excellent and very handy. The gp I saw could have been a bit more friendly and less hurried,the appointment felt very rushed ,also very annoying that I had spent ages trying to upload photos that were required for appointment,to be asked by the GP had I sent in photos as that would help with the diagnosis,very frustrating considering I had already done it.

I needed an antibiotic immediately as I had a uti coming on. I couldn’t get an appointment with my gp so I tried your services. My doctor spoke to me via web chat and my antibiotics were sent to my pharmacy. Bingo now I’m cured.
