Great to be at the comfort of your home and be reviewed by a clinician. Also very helpful especially when there is no immediate slot for an appointment to see the Gp.
Also there was no delay in being called by the clinician for the online review and he was very attentive to listen to all my complaints and then gave his advice and send prescriptions to my pharmacy which sorted out the medical issue

An excellent first experience and I would use again. The service was fast and I had no issues collecting my prescription from my chosen pharmacy. The service was also very good value compared with the cost of visiting a G.P.

At HealthHero, we are responsible for the provision of the GP service, as well as any administrative follow-up related to prescriptions issued to a nominated pharmacy. However, for legal reasons and to maintain a strict separation between prescribers and dispensers, we rely on pharmacies to dispense medications in a safe and compliant manner.
While we do our best to work closely with pharmacy partners, we have limited control over their internal processes and service delivery. That said, we take feedback like yours seriously and will continue to engage with them to help improve the overall patient experience.

Good Experience
It was an excellent consultation with the doctor who advised me on how to continue my weight loss treatment here in Dublin, since I had already started the treatment in Brazil and needed to continue. He understood all my points, answered my questions, and gave me the necessary prescription to proceed.

ADHD Assessment
This company does not put any importance on customer care. I get what seems like an AI immediate response and then nothing more happens. I would not recommend this company.
I have had an ADHD Assessment with this company costing €700. I am 70 years old and appear to have all the classic symptoms of ADHD.
Having paid €350 for the first half of the assessment, I explained that I could remember very little before the age of 12. Despite this, they still ran the second interview and had me pay €350 knowing that their very narrow criteria based on memories pre age 12 would render the diagnosis impossible.
Basically they used a poor screening rule, which said, no memories equals no ADHD diagnosis. They still took an additional €350 from me knowing this.
I would not recommend this company, as a proper assessment will not throw the baby out with the bathwater just because someone can't recall their early years. This is exactly part of the condition, especially in the inattentive type of ADHD. I feel cheated and let down by this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed by your experience, and we appreciate you raising your concerns.
Assessing ADHD in adults can be complex. Clinical guidelines require clinicians to assess whether symptoms were present from childhood and have persisted over time. This does not rely solely on a person’s memory before age 12, but it is one of several factors clinicians must consider when determining whether a diagnosis can be made safely and in line with established standards.
Our ADHD assessments are conducted by appropriately qualified and Irish regulated clinicians and follow recognised diagnostic frameworks . There are two consultant psychiatrists responsible for the service, both of whom are specialised in Adult ADHD diagnosis. As part of good clinical governance, clinicians must apply these criteria consistently and cautiously to ensure that any diagnosis made is clinically justified and safe for patients.
The assessment process involves multiple stages because clinicians need to gather a full history, review screening information, and conduct a structured clinical interview. In some cases, the information available may mean that a formal diagnosis cannot be confirmed, even though the assessment has been completed in line with clinical standards. We understand that this can be frustrating, particularly after investing time and money in the process.
I have passed on your feedback to the Clinical Directors for the service who will conduct an investigation and be in contact with you directly to discuss your case further.
