A quick and easy assessment
A quick and easy assessment and the prescription was sent to my local pharmacy within a couple of hours. When there was an issue I was able to contact a real person who contacted the pharmacy.

Rushed and lacking empathy
Seemed very rushed and lacking empathy. I think the call lasted a total of 3 minutes before he abruptly hung up. For the price I paid I would not ever try this experience again to be honest.
Plus what the doctor prescribed me was just over the counter medicine even though I specifically asked is this just OTC and he said "No No it's not".

Contacted webdoctor yesterday at 11am…
Contacted webdoctor yesterday at 11am 27th September as I had used them before. Explained symptoms, medical history, previous medication etc , money was taken and a script no given but pending since yesterday morning, still awaiting a script , contacted admin, who then got a doctor to message me relaying all the info I had already given but still no prescription . End result ,haven't got a clue what you have, go to your own doctor.
