the new boiler looks and works great, but it could have done with having a timer on it as standard, so it could have come on before get out of bed.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, I am a installer first time I mam installed this boiler, there was issue with settings I call help line it rook one week to short out,

After investigating this further, our customer service team have advised that when our engineer went to the callout there was evidence of mouse droppings around this boiler and that it looked as if one of the wires had been chewed through. Our engineer advised that he would not be able to carry out the necessary work due to health and safety until the boiler and area had been professionally cleaned. A Charge would also apply to the non-manufacturing defect to repair the boiler.

We have also asked for you to provide your annual service history for future warranty validation.
Once you provide the service history to our customer service team and that the boiler has been cleansed correctly, your boiler warranty can be reinstated once the damage has been repaired.

We are sorry that you feel as if you have been harassed, we have only been responding to your messages.

Stay away from this company absolutely…

Stay away from this company absolutely messed me around for 1½ weeks without (no hot water or heating) This company likes to pass the book from one department to another. Never even offered me compensation.first of all an agent came out to diagnose the issue and ordered the wrong part. Then an engineer from this company came out 3days later and ordered the part and then made arrangements for me to be in 3days later and said he would be here in the morning but never arrived and then called me at 6pmand said he then had the wrong part so the came back another 3days later with the part and he said the boiler was useless so the has to wait another day absolutely a one of a company.

I have a vokera boiler and although I…

I have a vokera boiler and although I had some issues with it I had a brilliant engineer out today free of charge to diagnose the issues I have been having and I must say he was outstanding. Full credit to vokera for sending someone out when my guarantee has run out months ago. I’m giving them 3 stars based on my whole experience. But because of the engineer today and the customer service lady I spoke to I could easily give 4 stars.

Obstructive and disappointing experience with boiler service

Obstructive .. and difficult to book a service.
First appointment with Vokera engineer was in a month. Their suggestion was to pay upfront to Vokera the service cost and then they would put the work out to another partner firm to contact me for the service. I work shifts and need to plan my days so
I asked for contact details of partner firm so i could call them and was told by Vokera that they were not allowed to give them to me.
Had used Vokera for my boiler servicing in the past and it was never this difficult before.

We had our new boiler installed by kc plumbing what a experience from start to finish and the new vokera pinaccal came with 10 years parts and labour we were bit hesitate before about the boiler when it was installed were glad we made this decision thank you 😊

Had an easi flo le just over 2 years…

Had an easi flo le just over 2 years and a pipe burst have only been using it to shower and they are not being very efficient with spares the heating engineer has been brilliant I do recommend gastech of Bedford excellent service so no hot water for over a week don't buy one rubbish got to buy a new water heater
