Fantastic, friendly service. Anna made the whole process quick and easy over the phone. At no point did I feel pressured into agreeing anything with Vitality, Anna gave me all of the necessary information for me to compare with other health insurance companies before making a decision.
Once I had decided on Vitality it was very quick to finalise the policy and get my family covered.

Spoke to Chris and he was very helpful and easy to talk to. But my claim is ongoing and l hope it will be sorted out immediately as the experience of claiming has been a nightmare which l did not expect.

Helpful advice
Although the service I require was not possible, the operator I spoke to (Siyanda) was helpful, sympathetic and professional. He went out of his way to help and advise. I was aided and most reassured after talking to him.

Help on the telephone
I needed to speak to someone about how to progress a claim after referral to a spinal consultant. The lady to whom I spoke (I am afraid that I did not catch her name) could not have been more helpful in answering my questions and authorising the further action required. It was altogether a pleasant experience to speak to her, please pass this on to her.
