Ella was amazing, helpful not pushy, very patient...we spent hours in the showroom...we can honestly say delivery was spot on very professional men who checked everything...
Every piece of furniture is comfortable and excellent quality.. we would highly recommend vintage sofas...my advise is go and see the showroom...Ella answered every question honestly...quality and comfort was our priority and thats what we got..couldn't be happier..

What a great place. Amazing furniture and so many helpful staff who were not pushy at all and didn't rush you in anyway. The aftersales support is one of the best I've experienced and I work in sales! We can't wait for our sofa to arrive and we would highly recommend the Vintage Sofa Company.

We have visited the store several times and often enjoyed a coffee on site whilst browsing their unique goods. It’s a bit of a travel conus but always worth while. Great service and some beautiful goods to choose from.

My pre-delivery experience with The Vintage Sofa Company was relaxed and easy, thanks to Eliza. From the moment I called, she was friendly and made everything straightforward. We switched to a WhatsApp video call, where we went over materials, measurements, and how the sofa would fit my space. The whole process was smooth and reassuring. Eliza also assured me she’d take care of everything going forward. I’m looking forward to the delivery, but so far, it’s been a simple and enjoyable process.

We’ve just had our Bugsby Animal Gold Zebra print sofa delivered it’s lovely , comfortable and it’s very snuggly 😊🩷so happy with the purchase experience from start to finish, from visiting the showroom in it’s beautiful setting and being welcomed by Georgina who dealt with our purchase ,even bringing us a much welcomed Tea and Ohhh yes chocolate cake 🙂, and it was no trouble when I changed the colour of the sofa at the very last minute before delivery. We traveled from Watford, so to anyone it’s so worth a visit 🙂Thank you Georgina , staff and even the delivery men.

Wonderful from start to finish. I had a bad experience with a different sofa company, so I was hesitant to order from here but they have restored my faith. I ordered a 2 seater and 4 seater Bugsby in black. I was told up to 10-12 weeks for delivery but they were much sooner than that. The quality is great. They do require some fluffing but they are lovely sofas that you just sink into. They are perfect and just what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again in the future. Thank you!

The trip from Pontefract to the Vintage sofa co was well worth the travel for such an amazing experience.
Jowler Mill was 3 floors of well staged settees, chairs, soft furnishings and accessories to help inspire you to create something a little unexpected.
The products exceeded all expectations from viewing online. The quality and choice was fantastic.
The staff were friendly & informative. A big thanks to George who supported us in our decision process to find the perfect settees!

From the moment we walked in they were attentive and very helpful showing us different options and fabrics available for the different sofas. The tea and homemade biscuits were a bonus. We were looking for sofas to be made and transported to Spain. Their help was fantastic and they organised the transport which worked seamlessly and kept in touch with us throughout. Any questions I had were answered professionally and promptly. Would use again.

I have brought two sofas from this place, love the colours the designs. The customer service was also brilliant and the wait time is reasonable unlike the highend chains. Honestly the quality of he sofas are fantastic, I’ve had no problems so far.

This is a fabulous place set in jowler mill, in beautiful surroundings. Drove up from Sth Wales, we wanted a sofa and were spoilt for choice they were all fabulous. Ella was on hand with any questions she was great. So many wonderful things to look at I could have spent a lot more. We ending up choosing zebra print snuggler and the Oliver 3 seater. Would definitely visit again, loved wandering around looking at everything. Amazing place furniture shopping won't be the same again 😍

We purchased two Bertie sofas after visiting the beautiful store. The staff were amazing and helpful. After purchase communication was great, we were always kept up to date with progress. Terrible experience with this company. All goes well until you develop any issue with their products. We spent £3200 and experienced multiple issues within 2-3 weeks of delivery. We purchased from the Eaton range. The cushions (which we were advised required no maintenance) are extremely lumpy and creased. The company insist that this is the nature of fibre-wrapped foam cushions - really, full of lumps!? Apparently, we have to simply accept sofas with lumpy cushions after spending £3200!

The armchair seat is sagging and the back is making a popping sound. An inspection confirmed a manufacturing fault, with repair to the seat and back needed. After only a few weeks of use!!

Vintage Sofa Company will not provide the name of the manufacturer - why?
