Great. Did what they said they would do, delivered on time and perfect condition.

I've shopped with this company before and they are very helpful and goods are of an excellent quality so I've ordered a sofa and hoping it looks as divine in real life as it does in the photos, very excited to receiving in a few weeks time

Ordering online, without having first sat on a sofa is quite scary. I did it anyway and requested a sample of fabric, to help colour match the decorating i was doing in preparation for the new furniture. It has now arrived and not only does it look amazing, but it's really sumptuous and comfortable. The arm rest is soft and well padded. The back is perfect height for resting your head (maybe a nap) and I'm thrilled with it.

What a truly fabulous find this place is. I purchased the Benji chaise in black and wow it’s amazing. Pure luxury, soft upholstery and crafted extremely well , looks perfect in the space I had available. Georgina was a star from start to finish , extremely helpful and patient. I’ve made previous small purchases of decor items and there is always something different that I need to add to my ever growing list of must haves.

I ordered a large wall clock it is exactly what I was looking for fantastic quality and communication regarding delivery was on point I also received it sooner than expected all in all I would happily recommend the company it was also packaged extremely well to make sure there was no damage during transit. Very happy customer 🙂

Love my snuggler chair waited for 12 weeks as said by seller delivery was fast efficient and was kept up to date by delivery co, from arrival at their depot to arrival to my home well done boys.

What can I say. The moment I saw the Bugsby Sofas, in particular my choice of the black and gold zebra print, I knew this was the one. It arrived on time and the delivery guys were exceptionally helpful and careful with my furniture. I also bought the Gold Palm Tree floor lamp which is delightful and looks especially nice alongside the sofa. The quality of the sofas are top-notch and hand made by the talented team of furnishers. They have a fab choice of quality rugs, furniture and accessories. What's not to love. I live in Newmarket so I didnt visit their showroom first. Go have a look and chat with these super people.

The customer service is beyond exceptional as is the quality of the products. I purchased a clock which had a visible cog mechanism (stunning). It was damaged on arrival but the team at Vintage Sofa Company provided a replacement and pick up of the damaged item without hesitation. I cannot speak more highly of this company. We had an amazing time visiting the Vintage Sofa Company. The furniture we bought is beautifully crafted, designed and looks awesome in our home. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable whilst looking around the showroom, which is a lovely setting and is set out to inspire customers imaginations, we were truly inspired, and have continued to tell family and friends about this unique furniture shopping experience.

I would like to thank the Vintage Sofa Company for the excellent service I received from Michaela in the customer service department who was simply wonderful! I accidentally ordered the wrong sofa on Friday because I was nursing a very heavy cold and wasn’t feeling very well and as soon as I realised on the Monday I called the company and Michaela was so lovely about it and was able to change my order and I was so relieved because I had always wanted a bright pink velvet sofa which is the sofa of my dreams and was so worked that my dream was not going to come true! I can’t wait to receive my sofa!

As a result of Ella's help and patience I placed my order. The ordering process was made very easy thanks to Ella's guidance. After placing my order I received an email thanking me and advising that any further assistance was only an email away. So a very positive experience.

We ordered x 4 leather cushioned bar stools which are superb quality and comfort. Also purchased the gold drip side table and a set of world map trays, both adding class and finesse, all purchases excellent quality and great value. Super helpful company to deal with, responsive to enquiries, prompt communication, would highly recommend The Vintage Sofa Company, even if you’re not looking for a sofa!

We had a wonderful experience buying sofas at The Vintage Sofa Company. We live in Suffolk in a period property and we're looking for some new sofas to fit in with our decor. I had seen Vintage Sofa Company on Instagram and thought it looked interesting so we decided to visit in person.
The showroom is in an old mill in a beautiful setting and when we went in we were completely enchanted by all the beautiful furniture and accessories on offer. We were greeted by the lovely Georgina who gave us coffee and cake and left us to browse with no pressure but being available to help when required in a kind and friendly manner.

Love this place, what a hidden Jem, Vintage sofas is and fantastic experience when shopping for a new piece furniture for your home. If you’re looking for something different this is the place to visit. Just bought a new sofa and we are so happy, a lovely young lady called Eliza was so helpful from start to finish, a credit to the company, we will be back again to buy more things for our house.
