Lovely site, lovely things. Ordered a leather Chesterfield, always a risk on line. Lucky to get free delivery and free leather care kit. Sofa is gorgeous, great quality, did not disappoint. Great communication from delivery guys, all rubbish taken away, gave me time to check it over before they left. Really pleased and a great company to deal with from ordering to delivery.

I stumbled across Vintage sofa Co. After running through many sites trying to find a quality sofa. I ordered myself a 3 seater truffle by them and it arrived yesterday .

Ordered the Darcy sofa in trinity rust end of January, received last Sunday, May 10th! A bit of a wait, but worth it..a really beautiful sofa. The two men who delivered the sofa were very professional in their manner, put the sofa together carefully and took away the packaging. Very happy with our new sofa in our new home!

Having never been to the showroom, only seeing the items on the website, we decided to visit. From walking through the door, we were greeted by Georgina with a big smile on her face! We were offered tea or coffee, and also given some homemade cake!! The place is amazing, and I was overwhelmed by the range and quality of the products. We were even helped out to the car with our purchases!

Sadly, my experience has been poor and due to the number of issues with my purchase, I feel it’s important for people to be aware, to avoid disappointment.

I don’t not believe the items are British made nor that they are carefully crafted. Yes, the items depict quintessential British style, but not the quality. My armchair is very light and the seat cushioning very soft. My Sofology sofa and armchair are much better quality in comparison. I found a label underneath the armchair in Polish and I believe this is where the items are made, perhaps why it took 12 weeks for delivery.

I ordered a high wingback armchair and a bespoke matching footstool. The legs do not match and that I must pay for a replacement set. The upholstery is not professional as the staples are all over the place, the seated fabric becomes loose from sitting for a short period, the cushioning very soft and the seat is so low down I have to squat to stand up. I am 5ft 3 and anyone taller would struggle even more.

For the price, the items are not worth it and I have seen much better quality products in other shops for less. I will never shop here again or recommend to others. Just awful!

Really impressed with my order, looked exactly what it did on the pitchers, I know sounds odd but sometimes you don’t get what you think you have ordered. Delivery time was good and the delivery guys set everything up quick and easy, highly recommended.

Where do I begin? Rebecca replied instantly to my email query following up with a video call to show me the chair I was looking to buy. She was beyond helpful and answered all my queries with patience and understanding!!well done vintage sofas on the people you have working for you if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Bought a sofa after looking at a picture, something I said I’d never do. But having a crazy border collie puppy it’s difficult to get out. We were drawn to this website as wanted something multi coloured but they all had buttons and we feared they may get bitten off so we went for the Bugsby in sunshine velvet after a few glasses of wine! It’s arrived and absolutely love it 💚 we have now ordered a multi coloured footstool. Not forgetting the fantastic delivery men , they worked so hard

Utter shambles once again.

Paid for two rugs in March
Wrong rugs delivered in April.
Sophie Webber agreed refund on 21st April.and their transport company collected them.
A week later the same wrong rugs were re- delivered to me.
Have now applied for refund through PayPal as Vintage Sofa employees don't seem capable of simplest refund task nor know how to handle returned goods.

Having previously purchased my sofa and chase from Vintage Sofa Company my most recent purchase a mirrored cabinet compliments them so well. There was a mix up with my delivery, Michalea & Lisa sorted this for me. Excellent service from them. Thank you!
