Very Comfy Eye catching Chair!
I bought the Albert armchair in plush cerise velvet and I absolutely love it! The ordering process was easy, it said 10-14 weeks delivery time but was delivered within 1 month and was packaged so well. The chair is very comfortable and squishy and feels like a great statement piece. Very happy.

Stunning Bugsby Sofa
I recently purchased the Bugsby 4 seater sofa in Sunshine Blue online so I was a little anxious not having seen it in the showroom.
Becca was wonderful and talked me through the process from start to finish
Nothing was too much trouble as I changed my mind about the colour after I had placed the order.
I am over the moon with the sofa. It’s very comfortable with lovely, plush cushions. I’m so happy I chose the colour blue.

Excellent Customer Service
I live in Sunderland and having seen a sofa I liked on the website, I contacted The Vintage Sofa company to see if it was possible to arrange a viewing without visiting.
Becca replied to my email offering the opportunity to view via a WhatsApp call, something I had never done before.
After talking me through how to use WhatsApp she showed me the colour of the sofa I was hoping to purchase.
After chatting with Becca about the sofa and where it would go in my house she prepared an invoice for me to pay.
It really was that easy, Becca made it seamless!
My sofa is good looking and comfortable and fits perfectly with my colour scheme.
I will be back in touch when I require more furniture.

A Great Experience
I was nervous about buying a sofa online initially, but I spoke to Becca on the phone, who rang me back to carry out a video call. She talked me through the whole process and answered my many questions with humour and patience! I ordered the sofa and it arrived safely today. I am beyond delighted, I love it!! The delivery was seamless and the drivers were polite and helpful. I was kept informed through the whole buying and delivery process! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Company, I’m sure I will be back when the need arises and in the meantime, window shopping all the beautiful products is my new hobby!!!

Broken Item, Broken Promises – Avoid (Order #37572)
I would give zero stars if I could. After receiving a damaged gold vase, I was promised a courier collection and a full refund. It has now been 5 days since they "arranged" the pickup, and I am still sitting here with a broken item.
I have reached out multiple times, and despite their empty promises, no courier has arrived. It is incredibly disrespectful to expect a customer to wait around indefinitely for a collection that never happens.
Summary of the nightmare:
Day 1: Item arrives damaged.
Day 2-16: Multiple "confirmations" that a courier is coming.
Current Status: Still have a broken vase, still no refund, and zero actual help.
Don’t waste your money here. Their "customer service" is just a series of automated excuses

We’re really sorry to read your review and we do understand your frustration regarding the initial failed collection. This was not the service we would expect from the courier, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
However, we do feel it is important to clarify that since then, the return arrangements have been made in line with your requests. A further collection was arranged, but unfortunately no one was available at the property when the courier attended. Following this, a Royal Mail drop off return was arranged as requested, and we are currently awaiting the item being returned to us.
Once the vase has been returned, your refund will be processed straight away.
We have tried to contact you directly to help bring this matter to a close and would be grateful if you could get back in touch with us.

What an excellent family run business
What an excellent family run business. We travelled over 420 miles to vintage sofa’s showroom. We were met on arrival with a warm welcome from everyone and much need cup of coffee and slice of cake. After spending over 2 1/2 hours roaming around the beautiful showroom we ended up purchasing 2 sofas, 2 chairs with footstools, a beautiful rug, side table and clock. We cant thank the staff enough for helping us with choices and look forward to completing our new living room. An excellent and friendly company to deal with from start to finish and the choice of sofa’s will blow your mind. Sam & Steve

A real treasure trove
A real treasure trove of amazing furniture and decor. We had assistance all the way through from George who was excellent. Really helpful and knowledgeable regarding the sizing of the furniture and suggestions of accessories to complement it.
Altogether a great experience and I have to give a massive shout out to whoever made the rocky road!!! It was gorgeous ❤️
10/10 for the overall experience and as soon as my husband’s wallet has recovered from this trip, we will definitely be back!!

Wow! What an amazing showroom, definitely not your average sofa shop. We travelled over 2 hours on our way south and I so glad we visited. Georgina was very welcoming, patient and helpful. We've had our last sofa for 20 years so it's a big decision. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

Vintage Sofa & Ella!
I visited Vintage Sofa Co on 18th April after already browsing their collection online, so I had a good idea of the two sofas I wanted to see in person to get a feel for their comfort and overall quality.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome by Ella. She showed me straight to the sofas I was interested in and let me know I could ask for help at any time. I had a few questions about sizing and fabric options, which she was more than happy to go through with me.
She even offered both myself and my little one a drink and a piece of rocky road, which worked wonders in keeping him happy while we talked through the details. Although the shop was technically closing, I never once felt rushed or pressured to leave.
Ella took the time to walk me through all the available options — from buttons and piping to wooden feet — and even looked at photos of my space to help me make the right choices. She also helped me order extra fabric for a window seat, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Since my visit, she has continued to be available to answer any questions I’ve had.
I’ve had poor experiences in the past when buying high-end furniture that didn’t live up to expectations on delivery, but this experience has been completely different. Ella’s attention to detail and genuine care have given me full confidence, and I’m sure I’ll love my furniture when it arrives.
