We initially had a very good experience with Sofa Sofa and were pleased with the overall experience. However we had requested that our back cushions were filled with hollow fibre and after 6 months we found out they had been filled with feathers. We contacted Sofa Sofa and were told that they would need to be sent back for inspection ( this made us feel like we were in the wrong and not believed even though we sent picture evidence) Sofa Sofa use DHL ecommerce to transport things like this and DHL e commerce are shocking, we have wasted 5 days waiting in for DHL to either pick up or deliver our cushions and are now in a position where we do not know when they will be delivered, or if they have been damaged or lost. I strongly suggest that Sofa Sofa look at their returns policy, look at orders closely to see what customers have requested in the firat instance and also look at the delivery company they use as using one with a 1 star overall review is poor practice but probably the cheapest option.

Great local company. Give them a visit before trying one of the bigger names.

A sofa is a big purchase, and I'd rather know my money was helping local workers in South Wales than ending up in an off shore bank account somewhere.

I re-measured and ordered the 3 seater Agatha rather than the one I originally wanted. Really glad I did as this one fits my living room just right, and the other one would've been too big. Early days, but all seems well put together.

I have taken delivery of my new sofa from SofaSofa this morning and I am so ecstatic I had to write a review.
I stumbled across a recommendation for SofaSofa and visited the showroom in Crumlin. There was a huge range of sofas, no pressure to buy but help on hand if i needed advice. I wanted something different and decided on the Poppy velvet sofa in Saffron. I was amazed at the price of the 2 and 3 seater i purchased.

After just 6 weeks my sofa has arrived this morning and i absolutely love it. It is beautiful, really well made, comfortable and a real statement piece.

The whole process has been wonderful from the purchase, the communication all the way through from buying to delivery and the delivery team themselves were fabulous.

We have had our sofa for just over a week and it is everything we could hope for! The fabric is gorgeous, the seat height perfect and the feather wrap cushions ideal.From the start to the finish the people at Sofa Sofa have been great. We visited the show room in Wales and were blown away by the vast selection they had on offer. It is worth going to have a look and be certain on what you are buying. Customer service were lovely & the delivery boys were friendly and pleasant and arrived when they said they were coming, a rarity these days! A British, Welsh really ;) made product we can be proud of, supporting jobs here in the UK. Long may they continue.

Love the colour and style of my new Jasper Sofa. It is very well made and very comfortable. Ordering was a doddle. Delivered on time and at the time agreed. The delivery drivers were clearly experts in getting a largish sofa through awkwardly placed door ways. Would definitely order again and recommend this company unreservedly.

I’m delighted with my Agatha 2 seater sofa. It fits my room perfectly and is very comfortable. The whole experience of ordering and delivery was excellent; delivery was made within 3 weeks of ordering, and everyone I had dealings with at Sofasofa was helpful, polite and professional. We couldn’t go to the showroom but I had great help over the phone with advice about which style would best suit our needs. The fabric swatches through the post were invaluable and I’d heard good things from a friend. The company is well established, furniture built to order , pricing very reasonable and with a return policy in case we weren’t happy I felt pretty comfortable ordering. We weren’t disappointed. Communications about delivery were very clear and the sofa arrived without any glitches. We love it 😊 I would absolutely recommend them.

Bought Newport 3seater 8 years ago with a spare set of covers and foam cushions. Can't fault it, used regularly as a resting place for 2 dogs & 2 cats as well as the adults. Change covers every 3 months or so, comes up as new after a wash. Great company to deal with, communication good, delivery faultless, overall perfect. Fancy a room refurb so have ordered samples of different colour covers. What more could you ask for?

Great sofa. Love the colour and style. The company were able to offer delivery dates to work around my availability. The Novuna finance allowed me to purchase sooner than I might have been able to otherwise and the process was simple to 'buy now and pay later'.

Having found a collection we liked with this company, we took the plunge and ordered after a virtual appointment with Kerry. Kerry was extremely helpful, friendly and humorous and the appointment was very useful. 'Never buy a sofa without sitting on it first', but the 21 day return/ exchange guarantee gave us confidence to order. We needn't have worried, the entire process was seamless and we dealt with lovely, helpful staff throughout. Delivery was earlier than expected and the drivers were efficient and friendly. We now have two beautiful three seater sofas, plus footstool from the woburn collection in opulence chiraz velvet in our sitting room and we're delighted with them. They are comfortable, solid and the upholstery is superb. We decided to have the fabric protection treatment and with pets we'd recommend this extra. The odd muddy paw print just wipes away with a dry cloth.
All in all, a very positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use sofa sofa again.

But instantly loved the look of the Mia sofa and chair so I went ahead and ordered
A few days later I was contacted about a delivery date. 3 weeks quickest ever for me normally waiting 3 months with other companies

On the 3rd of Feb my sofa and chair arrived. The 2 delivery drivers were brilliant friendly and very helpful when placing my furniture where I wanted it

Returned our 3 month old Hampton sofa a week ago due to the material on one arm becoming loose, (less taut) than the other arm, just had a phone call off customer services claiming that their is nothing wrong with it although saying she didn't know why it went like that yet implying it was due to an occurrence in our home, however they have redressed the pleats, whatever that means, this is a sofa in use by one person and shouldn't go like this especially after 3 months, my wife asked what if it happens again to which she replied, "you have a 2 year warranty" future buyers beware , unfortunately trust pilot won't allow me to upload pics of both sofa arms
UPDATE, after telling me their was nothing wrong with the arm, they appear to have tightened the material up on both arms,
now looks like it should.
After my experience with the after sales team, I would never purchase from them again. Check out all the negative reviews on here, wish I had.

Recently received my Jasper 3 seater sofa, loveseat, and armchair in olive green. I absolutely love it! Took my time, worried about ordering something I had not sat on, got lots of colour samples. No regrets at all. It is super comfy, quality furniture and materials. Only 4 weeks from order to delivery! I chose feather foam wrap and castors. Now my pride and joy. Dont hesitate. Also, sale prices saved a lot!

We always purchase from SofaSofa never been disappointed, customer service is brilliant they are always so very helpful and polite. Just received our Blenheim High back chairs they are perfect so well made and must also point out that the leather high back chairs we had purchased (Darcy) last year are lovely leather. Delivery drivers so helpful very polite and removed all packaging and disposed of it. Highly recommend this company would not buy furniture any where else.
