We worked with Anne van Ginkel. Our experience was excellent. Anne gave us good suggestions about our mortgage, process was rather fast. Anna was always in touch and answered clearly all our questions. We are going to contact Viisi one more time in case of our future mortgage.

Communication was great. Patrick gave a very clear presentation on how to apply, what I need to do, and what choices I have. I also really like the progress bar in emails that tells where am I. Sonia was also very helpful with documents and check all the documents. Highly recommended.

As a foreigner that does not speak Dutch, I was very concerned on how to arrange all the financial documents for the mortgage. At first she found 3 options in market that matched us the best with the lowest interest rates(considering the amount of cash we had and also possibility to extend the mortgage for 6 month). During the process, everything went very smooth and very communicative and transparent and as quickly as possible. She was always available to talk on phone and by email.
