This is the first time I’ve used VetShop.co.uk for my purchases, they have a good selection of items, although they aren’t the cheapest around they do provide a prompt service, the items I’d ordered arrived three days early than expected, which is always a bonus. I’ll probably use them again in the future, if their prices haven’t been too inflated.

I had a problem with an order which was sorted super quick thanks to Lucy. Thank you. Great customer service - so I have now placed a further order for ALL my dog food = wet, dry and treats - all now on subscription too! Brilliant

My usual supplier never seems to have my order ready even when I order in advance, Different story with Vetshop, ordered it the afternoon and it was delivered the following morning, plus cheaper including the carriage(I usually collect). So very good experience.
