I found the inconsistency of the name very confusing...Vet shop deliveries are given the name pet shop or pet shop bowl.

I very very nearly got scammed by a fake delivery company because of this. Apart from that price OK and they used DHL which is a good delivery company. I think it was my fault that I thought I was ordering the senior Iams dog food but instead got the standard....but the dog seems OK on it.

My dog likes this food, at last.She's been finicky as she's ill. Easy to buy from seller and no hassle delivery.

A great experience. I was invited to order from this company again via an email sent by Lexi (presume shes real). I ventured onto the website and found it easy tp traverse and understand. Pictures help but would like them to be bigger with more written information. The order arrived quite quickly and was very well packaged to reinforce the boxes to avoid transit damage. Actually this is the first online company with good package boxes, the courier was good. The prices were reasonable and choices available was varied. Its important you choose the right product for your most precious family member who depends on your decision 100%. I would purchase from again as long as I am not bombarded with too many emails. Its important an owner gets time to reflect on the benefits of the food on their cats and dogs. I look forwad in trailing other products available. Overall I would give 10/10 on this experience. Both the dog and cats (5) love their tinned foods. The frozen chunks I brought for the dog (salmon) was well received as she loves fish based meals on occasions. Thank you

This company words their product strangely so be careful! I paid for what I thought was a package of 6 and turns out it was only one pill!! It was like $50 a pill!!
I asked for a refund because I was mislead by the way it was advertised.. they refused.. so personally I'm going to shop Canada or another option is Smartway Pet Supplies. Buyer beware!

I would not order from VetShop again. It was a struggle from start to finish. However the missing kibble was more the fault of the courier but Tina rescued things with courtesy and speed. The ordering process was anything but smooth.

I was sick of suppliers letting me down with my monthly subscription.....being out of stock, not letting my know and sometimes taking payment and not delivering. So far I am very happy with the service from Vetshop, competitive prices and fast delivery. If they can keep fulfilling my monthly subscription I shall stick with them. All good so far!

I occasionally shop at vet shop.co.uk and have opted out of all marketing.
However they have recently sent unsolicited SMS marketing message without my consent.
This is irritating and does not make me want to buy from vet shop.co.uk again.

Very prompt service and one of the cheapest I know for dog food. The website is easy to navigate

Misrepresentation in the sale of goods. Took up the good offer of a branded food, bought in bulk due to the offer. I noted some sale items had an advertised short best before date. So only ordered 2 small bags for that item.

The rest of the order bought choosing the other sale products. Now I made sure I did not select the items that were on a shirt best before date (even though they were slightly cheaper).

Delivery arrived today - and they are all products with a best before a few months - now if I wanted that I would have selected that and paid the cheaper price. They have just got rid of the short best before dates on my order. Rendering most of the food order useless. I’m hoping it was an honest mistake and not purposefully way to rid their stock…

*****Update - they have done a full refund of the part of the order that was not as advertised, including the delivery. They have arranged a courier to collect the items and have raised it internally.

Now the offer is still on (without a poor BBD advertised) which is a really good offer, but just too nervous to try again. Shame really.

The staff at vet shop couldn’t have been more helpful as DHL were incapable of delivering my order. The order was hand delivered by one of their managers which really earns them 6stars rather than 5.
The product also works well as a bonus!

Great service from an excellent company. Well priced products and quick delivery.

Ordered 6x large cat worm tablets and paid £6.99 for delivery. I received 5 x tablets even though it said 6 on the outside of the pack. The package arrived a day late.The email address they give you was not recognised so I had to ring them. The person I spoke to said she would arrange a refund for the delivery cost + 1 tablet. I received a partial.Would not recommend this company..!

Another order from this excellent company. My large box of Pedigree Dentastix were a real bargain, even with the delivery charge included. Quickly despatched and sensibly packaged, have recommended VetShop on many occasions.

Good price, good communication and very importantly use a good courier service (NOT Yodel!)
