What’s amazing attention to customer service.

I ordered some dog food for my mother in law and few bits for our dog. My mothers dog food we seem to be experiencing supply
Issues so this was our first order. The order was late so I phoned straight through to lady who really under stood the situation discounted the order and arranged for it to be inevitably despatched. She was so apologetic.

It’s nice to see an online company have so much attention to customer service so often with online companies you have to wait 20 minutes to someone on a different continent with a scratchy line

My pet didn’t like the food but they wouldn’t return it cos the outer box was open which was very disappointing as speaking to Dechra they put me in contact with where I bought it to claim a refund.
It’s a waste really
Bit blunt on email also “nothing we can do if you’ve opened the box”
Learnings for future then I guess - don’t open the box

I have put my cats on a hypoallergenic diet and I have bought 2 bags from Amazon of the smaller size and wanted to get the larger sized bag.Amazon was going to take 1 week to be delivered.I needed it within a couple of days.I found vetshop.co.uk and the price was so reasonable.I paid £7.99 for the express shipping as I needed it quickly.It arrived the next day so was very happy.
The food bag was ripped so some of the food was coming out.The external bag was intact so it may have happened in the warehouse accidentally and they were unaware.The company could not have been more helpful.I sent a picture of the rip and they said they would send a new bag but would arrange for the ripped one to be collected.I explained that I would have to take a little of the food out as I was needing it as that’s why I paid for express delivery.They were fine with that and I have got to say even though this bag was ripped I still give them 5 stars.They were so helpful.Thank you.
I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use again.

Watch out for these cowboys. Keep sending promotion emails then will not honour offer. Says the email is a mistake. Deal with a firm that will honour the offers in there emails even if it is a mistake.

I ordered 36 tins of Royal canin, Vetshop had the best price, and the delivery was excellent, ordered Monday, delivered Tuesday morning 👍
