We needed what we thought was urgent advise , we received this and waited overnight for our dog to improve - which he did.Thanks very much for putting our mind at ease. Why 4 instead of 5 stars consultation was via phone Dunedin NZ to Brisbane Aus. perhaps local Vets could run a rostered service much like Doctors and Dentists.

My first experience of VetChat. Fast, efficient, helpful and competent. Answered all my questions. Gave useful management advice, given practices were closed, and followed up on the two consecutive days after the call to check in on our dog. I think the charge is well worth it if that’s the service one receives. Also, great that the platform uses video and enables photos to be uploaded to side the discussion. Would definitely use again if I needed to. Continued support and follow up was appreciated.

It was so helpful to be able to speak to a vet online. I sent in a video to show the vet. He is 100% better today.

I had a great experience, the vet was great quick at responding and knew exactly what was wrong with my dog slinky.

He was constantly chewing/biting/licking his paws. The vet said he looked as if he was very itchy and advised me to give a cool bath with dog shampoo and give him a specific dosage of Claratyne which both worked a treat and slinky is back to his normal self.

I would highly recommend this service im very happy with it!!

The vet i spoke was very confident , efficent & calm& remained that way right through the consult .

The vet I spoke to was lovely and caring. My only complaint is that the chat system was buggy and her messages weren’t coming through properly which was frustrating

Dr Justine was so helpful with advice when our furbaby was unwell after eating a peach stone, we felt like our furbaby was in good hands. Thankyou ❤️

Excellent reassuring service. Informative, patient and puts your mind at ease. Love how they also check in with you the following day to make sure all is OK.

I've had this service for a while and thankfully have not had to use it, until recently when I had a small concern with my dog. VetChat immediately had a Doctor online to consult with.

They gave clear, helpful advice via the online chat function and emailed a more detailed list of suggestions/instructions afterwards.
They even followed up the next day to see if my dog is doing well or if I needed any further assistance. For those reading, my dear boy is fine, he just had an upset tummy :)

This service is an absolute -must- for any pet owner and I am incredibly impressed with my first experience using it.

My dog ate something she shouldn't have on a public holiday, and I worried about the potential fallout. Dr. Felicity from Vet Chat responded quickly to my concern & description with clear, concise advice that made me adjust some of what I was doing, but also put my mind at ease. It all turned out well, and was a lot less stressful for both my dog and us (actually not stressfull at all) compared to if we'd taken her to an emergency vet just in case

I opted for the Web Chat and was talking to a Vet in about 3 minutes.
The Vet was great. They listened to the issue I was having with my dog, then gave me some advice re visiting a Vet in person.
The service is great as well as the follow up checking on my pets issues.

Great option for when you want after hours advice for your pet. Response time was good, the vet was friendly and informative. I opted for the online chat, but have used the video call option before.
