VetChat gives peace of mind when you are concerned about your animals health without having to go to a Vet if not necessary and where their sickness can be managed from home. So grateful for being able to use vetchat. My Labradoodle was vomiting clear liquid in large ammounts and Jenna helped me with few strategies which worked. Saved me the time to go to the vet. They always send you the summary of the conversation and they do check ups the following day. Amazing service and very caring and compassionate people. Thank you 😊

WLiving on an island without any veterinary services can pose significant challenges. However, I am sincerely grateful to VetChat for being a true savior in my time of distress. Hi, my name is Nala, I'm a 14 weeks old labrador puppy, assistance dog prospect for my hairless brother whom has Autism. Yesterday, for some reason I through up. Then my hairless mummy caught me eating my brother cat's poopies and she got scared. A few minutes later I through up again and my mummy started panicking as, she thought I through up earlier for the same reason. Now, my mum is aware that she is a little overdramatic, so instead of going to the vet and losing her face and credibility, she decided that vetchat was the best option. She said, it's less embarrassing if she doesn't have to explain In person. Doctor Alex gave my mummy all the a plan and told her that is normal for puppies to vomit at times. And to keep an eye on me. The next day, Dr A checked on me again, this time, my mum was relaxed and thanked him so very much. Indeed, I was completely fine. My mummy should give me lots of treats because she saved a lot of money. Thanks vetchat again. 💯 reccomend if you have social anxiety when it comes to loved ones health

VetChat has helped us enormously three times already since joining a few weeks ago. Pepper always has a different ailment each time we are about to travel on a plane or ferry. Dr Cara gave great advice and spent a considerable amount of time helping me when our 11th old Labrador was not eating and not usual energetic self. It was a great relief to have her help and avoided a visit to the emergency vet, happy to say the next morning he was back his usual crazy self

I rang vetchat at 9.45 pm and connected with Bronwyn within minutes. She used the camera to see my dog and quickly assessed her condition
Bronwyn was able to give me reassurance that the condition wasn’t currently life threatening and suggested a home remedy that would help my dog. She also told me what symptoms would indicate a worsening situation.

We live on the West Coast of Tasmania and we're 2 hours away from the nearest vet. The vet I spoke to about my 15 week old Maltese + puppy Harley, was excellent, allayed all my fears and gave me advice how to treat him. She also gave me information on various medications to keep in my dog first aid kit. The vet was so lovely, listened to me and had great communication skills. I am so relieved there is a service I can call with very little waiting time whenever I cannot get to my regular vet. The price is very reasonable and the consult was not rushed. 5 star all the way. Thank you.

We live in a country area so any out of hours problems mean a long drive to an emergency vet. Sometimes something might not be an emergency and justify the long drive; but, equally, aren’t minor enough to ignore until the morning. Vetchat filled that gap for us this week and gave us a written plan to care for our poorly pet in the proceeding days. Our pup is on the mend, and we didn’t even need to book her into our (always very busy) local vet either. Super grateful!

This is a great resource for people needing expert veterinary advice in a hurry, and particularly at times when local vet practices are closed. This was the case for me; I live in regional NSW and needed urgent advice over Easter regarding a rescue dog we had adopted the day before. VetChat was the perfect solution, providing quick, helpful information, and following up the next day. I would recommend this service highly .

Thank you so much! My dog had gotten an allergic reaction on Saturday and we didn’t know what to do. We recalled that we have this service through Bow Wow Meow Pet insurance and immediately got some proper advice on Saturday!

You know that feeling when your dog eats a succulent in the evening on the long weekend!!! She started drooling excessively almost immediately so I hopped onto VetChat and chatted to Dr Alex. She was absolutely amazing. I accidentally left the chat but she called me immediately and talked me through what to do and how to clean out Beaula's mouth and also what symptoms to monitor and look out for. Beaula was completely fine after the clean. Vet chat followed up again with me today just to check in if she is still OK. So convenient to have the chat available whenever needed, especially after hours when things normally go wrong.

I spoke with Dr Sulet and she was wonderful. My 7 month old golden retriever started eating my air con remote thinking it was refrigerated :) and a battery went missing. I panicked and with the amazing advice and understanding, she helped me with my issue. Thankfully the battery showed up and I didn’t need to force him to vomit and race him to emergency. But very great full for her.

My fur baby was unwell so I reached out to VetChat and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Dr Alex video called and advised me on the things I should do, she was amazing and I am so grateful for her help. Dr Alex sent through an email with the details she has discussed and saying not to hesitate to contact her if anything changed.
