If I could put 0 I would. Once the insurance was bought online they rang up to say it was void and that it would be nearly double. They were clearly trying it on and very rude to deal with. Even after they continued to cold call.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service, the person who i spoke to went above and beyond to find me the van insurance that was perfect for me everything I needed and for a brilliant price, actually lower than I was originally quoted.

The price was competitive
The price was competitive, which is why I chose this policy, but unfortunately the overall experience was not particularly pleasant.
After completing all the required details online and purchasing the policy, I received several text messages telling me that I needed to contact them urgently to validate my insurance, otherwise the policy could be cancelled. This immediately made what should have been a straightforward online purchase feel unnecessarily stressful.
When I called to complete the validation, the conversation felt more like an interrogation than a normal verification process. I fully understand that insurers need to check information and prevent fraud, but the way the questions were handled made the experience quite uncomfortable.
Competitive price, but the customer experience and validation process could definitely be improved.

The price displayed online was based on the information entered at the time, which unfortunately did not include an undisclosed claim. Our validation process is designed to ensure that your insurance policy accurately reflects the correct information, protecting you from potential issues further down the line such as claim rejections, additional premiums, and policy cancellations or voidances.
In your case, we provided a revised quotation based on the correct information, accounting for your claims history. As claims are a significant rating factor for insurers, I completely understand your frustration with the difference in price, and I am truly sorry that it came as such a surprise.
