I first found them on Compare the Market, they came back very well priced with some included extras as standard. However once I purchased my policy in full, I had to call them to verify it. Then i needed an app, so now i have an app that doesn't register my validated insurance who's only proof of validating it was by phone with a man. I can only use their App based chatbot for assistance which i have done 3 times, and been put through to real people because it cant help, who have all said they will notify the sales team and rectify the issue. But I still the only way of checking my validation is an app that says it isn't. I now even have an email of my validated insurance policy, and the app doesn't recognise it. Frankly a very bad system. Non of it seems to work well together.
6+ calls and 1hr+ to complete a simple renewal. They couldn't match their OWN quote, so I had to create the policy from the cheaper quote. Then had to validate on the phone. Then had to cancel auto-renewal on the old policy. You couldn't make this up. Won't be coming back next year!

What a racket - if I ran my business like this I wouldn’t have a business yet this is legal??

Changed insurance quote online said that I’d put down 80000 miles as mileage which I didn’t I said 18000 miles.changed that over phone but cost me more anyway.how can that be!! still fuming now😡

I needed van insurance for early the next day and it was past 7 o clock. O got a call from Kevin and he got insurance set up for me with no hassle at 7 in the evening. Good man Kev!

It’s like you’ve been with us for sometime and we should exploit that to the full. I always think that you don’t need insurance until you need it and then you really do need it! I would hope my new insurers adopt a more sensible attitude to my business with them. John

I got my renewal quote and it was over £800, so i went onto Quotezone.co.uk and got a quote from Vaninsurance.co.uk for £290. So i went with that and paid the first premium and then phoned to validate it. They tried to tell me that i'd click mirror no claims on my motorbike. I told them over and over that there isn't an option to mirror no claims and then hung up on me just after i said it seems like they don't want to honour the quote and lose all that money. In the end they gave me it for over £500. I've since gone back and filled out the forms again and took a video of no option to mirror the no claims. So i phoned to complain and was put through to customer services and they hung up on me. So they've gone honoured the quote simply because i'd got it from over £800 to under £300. I'll stay with them for the year and just go elsewhere. In fact no. i'll do a quote with someone else and change. I can't be doing with dishonesty.
I insured my van. The cost was about £75 per month. A couple of days later, they emailed me an offer for £39.09. It's not serious to scam people like that.
Speaking to Charlie was very easy and uncomplicated
