Do not get a black box from this company!!!! Got my son’s insurance that had a mandatory black box. He’s 25, been driving 18 months and a named driver on my own car and has done from the day he passed his test. Unbeknown to both of us the scoring on “late night driving” is way below their “standard” my son is a hard working guy, most days are 12-16 hour shifts for him which some mornings he’s up and away at 4am…. Apparently this isn’t good practice for this company as they score you low on nighttime driving between the hours of 7am and 11pm. He is now being threatened to have his policy cancelled if this score doesn’t improve!!! How is a young guy willing to work and put in every hour under the sun meant to keep up with the companies black box demands if he’s penalised for getting up to go to a job that’s normally very early starts! This is putting massive stress on him!! Once he gets his next pay he will be cancelling this policy and going elsewhere as this is shocking and customer services have advised there is nothing they can do 😡

I changed my truck about 2 months into my insurance as my truck blew up. I contacted them and they couldn't insure my new car as it wasn't a truvk/van it was classed as a car. I was told because the insurance company (pukka) couldn't insure it wouldn't be charged due to it being their fault...... so I cancelled and started anew insurance with another company. Today they have taken 155£ out of my bank for a cancellation charge..... I've spoken to someone and they have no record of me talking to anyone on my account... I cancellation it with the bank aswell as with pukka. It's now left me with 18£ to last a month for me, my husband and my grown autistic daughter.... its pending in my bank and I can't do anything with that until its cleared. Stay away from pukka and freedom brothers..

reg number. YR54OVC. I'm so angry and upset over this. My direct debit was cancelled and I didn't authorise this payment out of my bank. Because I didn't agree to this payment its surely a type of fraud. Using a bank without my consent.
Reply.... My fat fingers pressed the wrong number. It's YR56OVC I don't talk on the fine I have bank anxiety ATM as this has sent me in a downward spiral. My mental health isn't very good at the best of times.

Terrible company to deal with. Says on there email that I could renew on the date my insurance expires... Only to pay an extra £150 because there website wouldn't allow my to renew on the date which says on there email to be done on the date insurance expires. Avoid at all cost. If this company was cheaper than my first quote next year, I'll pay more to go with second quote. Never again will I choose FREEDOM BROKERS.
All in all cause there website wasn't working properly I've paid there price.
As you can see from the respond I've been given. I work full time, and missed calls. It states on there email that I could renew on the 25th April online NOT AFTER. As I tried to renew on the 25th it wouldn't let me... Told me there might of been a glitch on there website. Stay well clear people

Without properly checking my vehicle which had minor damage my truck was written off. Spent two weeks chasing people for any details or information to be constantly dropped during calls of not answered and at times dealing with rude individuals. Told misinformation until the very final letter detailing everything that was going on. Poor customer service, poor investigation into damage and the stress caused and eventual lose of vehicle I would not recommend using freedom to anyone.

having spoken to various members of the freedom brokers customer services based in south africa, have to say their service is outstanding, professional, polite, cannot say enough praise in handling my several calls over the time frame setting up my renewal, both in customer service and the renewal dept, thank you for your service. apologies if i pronounced any of your names incorrectly.
