Don't order here. If smart you won't waste your money. Buy an exchange want to use it? Nope you have to send back to Thailand which cost more then what you paid. What a warranty same..send back cost over 200..nothing but a scam.

Beware before buying. They are expensive, and their products don't fit the required measurements, and then when you ask for a refund or the correct items, they provide 30% discount so you have to pay again. I ordered a Telsa Model Y mat; they sent it to Australia, where the car is right-hand drive and NOT LEFT. Simple common sense was not applied and not they want me to pay again to buy the same mat.
Throwing Money Away
I wanted to buy a set of floor mats for my SUV, and shopped around and saw how expensive they are. Rather than paying $300.00 plus for the well known ones I chose to go with US CarSeat for $180.00. When my Wrapped up package instead of a box ,I thought I was unwrapping King Tuts body with all the tape and wrapping . The mats were not what i was expecting by far , and after laying them out for several days trying to get them to lay flat was not helping . The mats came with some Velcro and plastic clips that I guess were to help hold them down . I wasted my money ,hope you dont do the same!!!!
Soft leather feeling
The quality of the seat cover was much better than I expected! It’s super soft and fits my vehicle seat perfectly. Will be ordering another one for my passenger side!

Never got my order
I ordered seat covers first of August. Never got any product. Their tracking system says my order doesn't exist. No one answers their phone. No on answers their emails. TOTAL SCAM. CHINA

This US car seats is a scam overseas company. They shipped my product in a beat up box all taped together. The first car seat I attempted to install had a broken zipper. For 3 months now they have put me off after offering a return or a discount of 15% to have the zipper repaired and keep the product. I have requested a full refund and will ship their product back which they have continued with not honoring my request for a full refund. They state money back guarantee but have no intentions of doing the right thing.

This company is an absolute scam. They list an address of Boulder, CO but are made and shipped from mainland China. The dash cover I ordered had no way of securing itself to the dashboard and lacked an opening for the head's up speed display in spite of them having all the information about the model number.

I believe this company is a scam. I ordered mats that were supposed to be custom for my Subaru. The mats I received were generic and the wrong color. When I contacted customer service they gave me the choice of a 100% refund if I paid for shipping to Thailand (they came from California), or a 30% refund and I keep the mats. I believe they intentionally send cheap mate and then have a refund policy so inconvenient they keep most of the money.
Horrible customer service
I ordered mats for my Subaru. In their advertising they claim custom, laser cut mats with an exact custom fit. The mats I received didn’t have grommets or a hole to accommodate the factory safety clips.
After telling me to take those out, which can’t be done without breaking, they only offered me a 10% refund.
Wohooo! I now “only” paid $90 for a set of mats I can’t use.

I ordered a set of car floor mats for someone and before the mats arrived (because it took so long), the owner of the vehicle sold the vehicle. After receiving the mats (prior to opening), I called and informed them of the situation and was informed to open the package and send photos of the items, which I did. I was then emailed the next day asking for photos again, which were sent. The following day I was informed that according to their policy they couldn't refund because of the reason given. The company focuses on customer service however this situations response was not customer friendly based and I still have the email correspondence saved as a reminder.

I ordered and paid in full for car mats for my vehicle. They came damaged and completely shoddy construction and materials. I requested a refund and was denied. I was even asked to return the mats to Thailand.

See in the image below, the seat cover you shipped does not account for the build in seat belt assembly. This is very disappointing, because the covers are of good quality and I am sure I would have been satisfied with the product, had they been correct. Please advise how to return the seat covers for refund."

USCarSeats shipped a product I cannot use, and only will refund me 50% of my $204, plus I have to pay shipping back to Bangkok, Thailand!!! Maybe I would get my $100, maybe not.

I ordered a set of mats as advertised expecting the product to arrive with logos and all features. Phone holder etc. what arrived were nothing like what I ordered they don’t even fit the car when I was quite specific on make model and year. I emailed support and sent photos of product. To my disgust I was offered a 50% refund and I would have to return to Far East at my expense or GIFT THEM TO A FRIEND??? do not use this company. Very unhappy and poor service. The mats turned up rolled up in a plastic bag with 4 small Velcro squares and really poor quality.
