If I could give zero stars i would. Ordered white got beige. They said that was normal photo lighting. Refused exchange or refund. HORRIBLE.

Sent wrong seat covers quality really bad install looks like a nightmare. Sending them back

I give them a 1 because I couldn't give them a 0. Total fraud. Supposed to be a custom fit insert no where near.

The USA car seat company is a big scammer, they show different and sell totally different. Extremely bad in customer service and never replace or return the faulty products. I made a big mistake not to check the reviews before I order the seat covers. I ordered Black with small portion of Red colour but they sent opposite and the most bad part is it is a very ugly red colour. On top, their seat overs never match the car seats although you expect the same model covers as they are universal fit which does not fit properly to my Tesla at all. They never listen to customers concerns and never cooperate with them. I must advise that you should never ever buy the products from them. You will regret your purchase. This company must be sued and banned from the market as they are big scammers.

Terrible and very bad company to do business with, I should not buy their products, totally false advertisement and they sent me regular car mats. I have ordered for truck floor mats, they are basically fraudulent Chinese or other one of Asian countries people, putting fake Facebook advertisements and then sending fake/ false products, they needed to be shutdown in the USA, showing nice pictures on facebook advertising and then send you different products, its day night difference, they are totally scam and they are taking advantage of American people. Shut them down.

Ordered car seat covers 27th oct no sign of delivery and no help from customer service. Have been given 4different delivery tracking numbers. None of them work. Will instruct my bank to get my money back. Buyer beware.

Order never received. Almost $300 down the drain. It’s been over a month.

Received my seat covers (waited a month since they "ARE MADE AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA". US Car Seat is false advertising. They ask for your vehicle information and send universal seat covers in a hard to open box with no installation instructions. Got mine to fit except the headrests look loose. They do look pretty good.

Sadly, and foolishly, I didn't check reviews for this company until AFTER I placed my order. So, I take full responsibility for my experience. But ...

First of all, I expected a company named US Car Seat was an American company and my order would be shipped from the USA. Not so! Item shipped from China.

Still, if it wasn't a scam, it was a good price and looked to be a nice product. When the covers finally arrived I was very pleased at the quality...but they don't even come close to fitting. They should have told me they didn't have the covers I needed, but instead they grabbed a "universal" set and sent it to me...knowing they could keep my money and I'd be stuck.

When I contacted the company about the problem they offered me 10% off my next order. That's it. Hilarious they think I would ever order from them again.

I ordered car mats for my Infiniti QX80 in August of 2023. They arrived at a Ontrac delivery two months later. Then they sat at the warehouse over a month. You finally got a notice of delivery and stayed home all day to get it. It never arrived although I was told it was delivered. Us Car seat says take it up with delivery and Ontrac says take it up with Us Car seat. Either way I cannot get a refund of $174 because I’m past the 60 day period for a refund with my bank. Run from both companies!!

So I ordered mats for my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime and after them taking an extremely long time to get here they don't fit at all in anyway. I contact the company and at first they wanted me to keep the mats telling me what high quality they are. (They are garbage fake leather) and would only give me 50% refund and wanted me to send them back to Thailand and pay the shipping and still only refund 50% I immediately opened a claim with my bank and after finally going back and forth they agreed to a 100% refund. I recommend to never buy from this company. If you do be prepared to fight to get your money back for a substandard product.

Don’t buy from them . They don’t fit on the seat back way too small. The bottom pieces don’t attach to anything . They refuse to issue a refund.

**BEWARE - RIP OFF ALERT**
I purchased floor mats and were sent ones for another vehicle, I was offered a 30% refund to mail them back for inspection.
Once received they refused to credit anymore as it was outside the 15 days return time (even though they asked I send)
Many emails and pathetic excuses and then finally refunded another $30 to be 50% of the sale value (but I had to pay postage to return) so I have lost over $160 au and still have no mats, I would never consider purchasing ever again, totally ripped off…..

Absolute cowboys, product did not fit my car and would not respond to my messages. I had to force a refund through my credit card which took 6 months.

This company is probably a scam. I place an order two weeks ago. After reviewing my order..I called to cancel it. No one answers the damn phone calls. I'll be reporting this company to the AZ county attorney general to see if they can investigate this company.

Too Late Smart

Simply awful experience. Seat covers were not made to fit my Mercedes. As previously mentioned, the 100% Refund is only if you ship the item back to China at your expense. Over $400 postage. PayPal was no help either.
Back in July, support offered me a 50% refund but kept giving me excuses why the refund wasn't processed.
It is now Nov and they won't respond to my daily messages at all.
UPDATE!!!!
After posting this review, US CarSeat without any explanation sent me a 100% Refund.
WOW Only took 4 months.

Probably a well disguised scam. Never received my order. When contacted "customer support" replied never received my order. They do no answser the phone. Hope you didn't get dinged too bad

I ordered a custom fit dash mat for my 21 Ford F-150. I received my dash mat almost a month later from Thailand. The dash mat was the wrong size. I sent them an email explaining to them w/ pictures showing them the dash mat did not fit my truck. When I asked for replacement they told me they didn't make it anymore. I asked for my refund and they said they would only refund 10% of what I paid for it after numerous emails back and forth I eventually settled for 75% refund. I requested a steering wheel cover instead to put this dispute to rest it was cheaper than the dash mat and they still refused. I tried to contact their Colorado office they claim they have but all my calls were forwarded to Thailand.

Do not waste your money. I bought because their website appears to be a us company. It is not. I ordered custom floor mats and seat covers for my son's car. None of them fit and they came in a million pieces with no instructions on how to install. I paid extra for an easy exchange if they didn't fit and they still want me to pay for shipping (to Thialand) which will cost more than I paid. I am very disappointed and upset that I wasted all this money for nothing. Terrible customer service and not willing to do the right thing.
