The drivers side seat is splitting after 3 months. When I call they disconnect me immediately. This company is trash. I paid over 200.00 for this garbage

I am having a similar problem with this company. I ordered a full set of seat covers correctly relying on their drop down menu. The product arrived and did not fit and is dangerous as it covers release levers on the back of the front seats. I have been in dialogue with support at uscarseat.com since 12th March 2024 and although they accept responsibility and liability they have only offered gradually increasing increments from 40% to current 62% refund with me keeping the useless and dangerous product or a 100% refund with me having to return the product from England at my expense. When I asked them to explain why I should have to pay for their mistakes they stopped responding. I am hoping they will respond to this Trustpilot rating so that this unfortunate issue can be resolved amicably but it is difficult to engage with them when they remain silent

Poor quality, fit, and customer service...

These seat covers seem to be well made at first, but they don't wear well and they don't fit at all. I've been working with customer service for 4 months to return the whole set and they refuse. After offering me 3% or 5% refunds and many many emails, we are finally up to 30% refund, but they have yet to issue the agreed up refund even after 2 months. And now they have stopped responding to my emails entirely.

I will never recommend or buy a USCARSEAT product again.

Absolute Chinese Junk. Floor mats for my Range Rover...Don't fit, floppy and poor coverage. They will not stay in place and interfere with you feet. These are a safety hazard. 15 day return policy that will not be honored. Buyer Beware!

I bought a floor mat for my car on February 22, 2024. It arrived on March 4th but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The product was advertised as 'High Class/Luxury Leather,' but it turned out to be made of PU-Leather, which is not what I wanted. I immediately contacted the seller to return the product, but they refused, claiming that they had guaranteed PU leather (leather-like). That claim was not in the advertisement, and I would never have bought PU Leather (aka Pleather). After 11 days of back-and-forth emails, the seller finally provided me with a return address located in Thailand, I found this odd. I also discovered that another customer had returned a similar product to the seller for a 100% refund, but was only offered a 50% refund instead. It seems to me that this company is dishonest and untrustworthy. They are now offering me a 15% refund to just keep it. I believe they are aware that they falsely advertised the product and are unwilling to accept it back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission due to the misleading ad/false advertisement by this company."

Using this company is highly recommended. When we recently required assistance to make sure we appropriately relocated the car seat into a different vehicle, we received the same great customer care that we had when we purchased our car seat in January of this year. Since my kid has always been on the little side, we talked about her height and weight when we got the car seat so I could make sure she would be safe. It was also her hatred to get in the car. After discussing our alternatives and determining which would fit the two cars we wanted it to fit into, we decided on one in particular. When we first met, nothing seemed too much bother. My daughter looked so much more at ease the moment we tested the seat.

What a wonderful experience. large showroom with every seat available for viewing and testing. all models and brands together. Despite my indecisiveness, the staff member with whom we had the appointment was incredibly informed and understanding! Not a single push toward pricey brands or accessories. totally objective, centered on your requirements and the best fit for your car. thorough familiarity with every vehicle. showed off how to securely fit the seat. Very happy

They took my money and never shipped me the product. I had one payment left and now they are trying to hurt my credit. They are a complete scam.

They sent covers that did not fit. They looked like maybe they fit in a golf cart, I ordered for an SUV. No one answers the phone when you try to reach out to them, just a machine, finally i got a hold of someone via email and they refused to take any accountability

Ordered custom car covers through their website. Specified Year, Make, Model and Trim. Paid $300. Took them a month to ship. Product arrived haphazardly wrapped but in good condition, proceeded to install. Front seats don't fit, can't button them up, looks like crap. Did not even try the rear seats. Asked for a full 100% refund per their website rules. Here is where it got hairy: they offered a discount on next purchase and a 25% refund on mine, so "I can give them to family" I said I will never buy from you again and I don't have a family, please return my money. Every email interaction they would increase the refund: 30%, 35%, 40%, 50%...Got tired of the back and forth and requested a refund from my credit card issuer. Took 3 months but finally got my money back. The useless car covers are sitting in the garage...waste of time, money and effort. Do NOT buy from these guys, they are scammers. When ordering, you are asked for the Year, Make, Model, and trim of your vehicle, because the car seat covers are custom-made specific to the vehicle. However, once receiving my order and tried to install, they were clearly too small. The headrests in my vehicle and the covers were completely different shapes and we could not get anything to fit. I contacted the company immediately, but since they do not answer the phone, had to be via email. I sent them pictures and videos of me and my husband struggling to get the covers on - which we were never able to do. They did respond to my email in a timely manner, and told me to keep the covers (suggesting that I give them to a friend or family member) and they would give me a 10% refund and a 10% discount coupon on a future purchase. I then explained that if the "custom" covers specifically made to fit my vehicle do not fit, how would they fit a friend's vehicle? I do not want a 10% refund, I want a full refund, or seat covers that fit my car. The 1-800 # they provide does not go through , and the 24/7 Customer service number goes to voicemail with the promise that they will call you back. Do not buy or you will regret it.

They get one start because ZERO stars is not an option. The minute I received my order it was not the color I had wanted so I went back to my confirmation email and saw the wrong color was selected. I emailed customer service immediately. When i received a response at 2:30 in the morning I realized that I was not dealing with a U.S.A company even though the shipping return address comes from Jamaica, New York (Queens). So i was honest in my email stating i believe I made an error in my order, for two days the back and forth of Customer service requesting pictures of the shipping label and then the product (which, by my pictures had not even been taken out of the box yet) Just for them to send me an email stating "we will only accept the return/ refund policy applies to damaged/ defective items only. and We understand that returning the item for an exchange can be time-consuming and incur additional costs and waiting time. So I hope you will consider the situation continuing using the product". Why would I waste my time back and forth emailing and taking pictures if using the product was even an option for me. They do not match my car at all and they are UGLY.

I got my order from uscarseat. they were great with my order, they probably a little bit behind to answer customers questions and phone call in time. other than that I got my orders from them with no problem

I will join the other 47 people that have left a one star review. Product is junk, customer service is so far from professional I truly don't know how they are still in business. I hope you see these reviews before you become a victim.

Horrible. Paid over 200.00 and they do not fit the seats. Now I have to try to get my money back

Frauds. Received half my order and they will not respond to your calls or emails.

First they make it sound like they are made in Colorado after ordering I find out it is dropped shipped from China. When I was installing the last cover I discovered it was missing 1 disk which holds the cover tight in place. Called customer service and he didn’t understand what was missing! Simply you would think!
So I emailed them with a picture from the installation guide which is a joke they are in Chinese.
I get an email back that they want a picture of the shipping label and a picture of all the parts received. Stupid, they have the invoice number and I would have to disassemble everything to take a picture of all the items. So now I send them a picture of the shipping label and the missing part.He responds that to process the request they need a picture of the shipping label which was sent and picture of every item received! Well I am not going to spend an hour to take everything off and take a picture of everything I did receive! I feel all the whoops he is making me jump through for a .25 cent part is ridiculous! I can’t imagine what the next request would be. Most companies would say sorry and send it right out! If you order anything from them Good Luck !

I ordered the 5 seat option covers. When I found the shipment was not occuring and when I was provided a tracking number it was bogus. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I did end up receiving a partial order of the wrong seat covers and they were junk. I've tried to make contact with the seller and am ignored. I filed a PayPal dispute and they advised me to just return what I received and file legal action.

If I could I would marked negative stars. With a name that starts with us you would think United States wrong steering wheel cover comes from Singapore. Supposedly custom made per your vehicle. Mine should up looking like it might fit a Barbie car. Then I send a few emails and phone calls with zero response. 37 dollar lesson learned
