I ordered cargo mats for my specific vehicle & ask for instructions, since non came with them. This was his reply:
Hello, Installing the product is very simple—it’s similar to putting together a simple puzzle. Just place the mat over the corresponding area and press it down firmly. The back of our mats features micro-hooks that adhere to the plush fabric inside your car. If the sides of your trunk are made of smooth, hard plastic, you can use the included double-sided Velcro tape to assist with installation. Please give it a try. I’ll also reach out to our engineers to request your design blueprint and send it to you shortly for your reference.. Which i never received.
Then I told him they forgot to make cut outs for my D-hooks. This was his response:
Hello, I understand your concern. We sincerely apologize—our designers did not anticipate this issue, as this area is rarely used. However, if you find yourself using this area frequently, you can simply use a craft knife to cut a small slit there. This mat is designed to be customizable, and we are happy to offer you a $10 refund as compensation. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
This is how he deal with people that order mats for their specific vehicle. This is very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE CUSTOM MATS FROM THEM.

Really! This is how you run your business. Your designer designers did not anticipate this issue, as this area is rarely used. But is not to not anticipate, just design it the way it fits the vehicle, this is why we order this custom mats from your company. Not for us to alter or do cut to fit our vehicle. Please send me a prepaid return lable, since it was not made to properly fit my vehicle. WANT A REFUND. If I knew I would had to make my own cut, I would had bought my material and cut were it was needed. Your replies also are smart mouth. Thank you for not making my customer make vehicle covers.
