Unique Casa

Ordered a children’s digital watch for my granddaughter. She wore it for an hour and it stopped. Would not recharge after that. When the company was contacted I was offered 10% refund. I complained and was given instructions to return the watch to China at my own expense and they would then decide if they would refund me or not. TOTAL SCAM. STAY WAY FROM THEM

What an absolute scam. Just like Nathan's experience. I purchased 2 garden wind spinners, which looked great on the website, claimed to be 45cm in diameter and were twisted wind vanes, with beautiful light blue with black painted edges. What turned up was 28cm in diameter, navy blue with straight vanes which dont catch the wind. It's clearly fraudulent and misrepresenting what you actually receive.
They expect you to pay for return postage to China before they will decide if you can get a refund.
I expect you'd probably find a better product in a $2 store.

This company is a scam.
I purchased two hard drives and they came!
Ha! The were empty hard drive shells and complete counterfeit product from China.
They then proceeded to not give me a refund, expect me to fund the return to China and hope for a 15% coupon to buy something else.
Their phone number goes to a man in Melbourne that gets all their 'hate' calls.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SCAM COMPANY.

The advent calendar I ordered from here arrived and I swear the little drawers are cuter in real life. I’m already tempted to open everything at once even though it’s still sitting on my dining table waiting for December. Delivery to Melbourne was weirdly fast too, which never happens to me.

I recently bought the Modern Glass Pendant Light from Unique Casa, and I’m really impressed. The quality is absolutely top notch, the glass feels super sturdy, the finish is sleek, and the design is just what my dining space needed. It arrived quickly (free shipping in Australia was a big plus, 5 stars for that as well) and was packaged very carefully. Installation was super easy. This lamp adds a warm and elegant glow to the room, and it’s become a real conversation piece when friends visit. Highly recommend Unique Casa for stylish lighting.

The cushion cover’s pretty nice ay, looks good on the couch and feels decent too. But delivery was a bit slow and the packaging was kinda meh. Not terrible, just not as good as I was hopin’.

I'm super happy with my lamp in the living room! Customer service was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend ordering from here!
