Still waiting for a refund since February.

Bought some power banks, unfortunately they are not the right ones, sent it back at my cost and still waiting after 5 months. Their website closed down and now generic communication via email.

They have stolen my money! I bought a swimming pool for 1250€ it never arrived. After 10 days I contacted them and they told me I needed to pay an extra 850€ for shipping! Even though on the payment I made It said I had paid shipping. It’s now 6 weeks and they don’t respond and have blocked my account. Live chat says they are not available . I worked hard for that money to provide a pool for my children and they do this. Totally unacceptable. Do not use not trusted company!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

The delivery took weeks, not the 7–10 days they advertise, which is completely misleading—especially since they claim to have a warehouse in Australia. That clearly isn’t true based on how long it took.

When the product finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor and nowhere near what was expected. To make matters worse, it came with the wrong international power plug, making it unusable in my country. Basic details like this should not be getting messed up.

Customer service has been just as frustrating. Every reply feels like it’s been generated by AI—generic, unhelpful, and not actually addressing the issue. There’s no real accountability or effort to resolve the problem properly.

Their “solution” was to either pay for return shipping myself—which would cost a fortune internationally—or accept a half-price store credit. Neither option is acceptable given that the mistake is entirely theirs.

Overall, misleading shipping claims, poor product quality, incorrect item, and terrible customer support. Would not recommend at all.

Be aware they also have a few partner companies they sell the same products from.

THis is the short version ....I purchased and item which was delayed in postage and only actually sent after I chased up shipment.
Once received I realised the product was nothing as described and didn't match pictures advertised. I have been dealing with this company since 9th January and 2 months later they still will not come to a reasonable agreement. They wanted me to return a product to China when advertised they have an Australian Warehouse, they advised to return via DHL who then quoted approx $250 to return the $80 product.
Dodgy. Avoid! Will never buy from again.

The shipping process was smooth and tracking updates were clear. I appreciated that because I hate not knowing where my order is.

Lights are not up to Australian standard. There is no earth cable which makes the lights extremely dangerous. Product colour different to advertised. Quality of welding very poor.

Bought two titanium pans. As soon as heat was applied they just burned. Tried to return and had to pay 80 dollars postage to return to china and they will not process my refund like they said they would.

I didn’t expect the 3D moving sand art to be so calming but now I keep flipping it while drinking tea like some kind of ritual. It came in a sturdy little box and the stand feels stable so I don’t worry about it falling off the console. The delivery took little longer than expected though.

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE! I BOUGHT A 8TB DRIVE AND IT DIDN'T WORK. I OPENED IT UP AND THERE'S A SIMPLE CIRCUIT BOARD AND SOME MICRO-SD IN IT BUT IT DIDN'T READ ON MAC OR WINDOWS. ANOTHER PERSON DID A REVIEW AND SAME STORY.

Recently bought a tens machine. Such poor quality. Threw it in bin. Scam company

Absolute scam, stay away from this business! Purchased sandals for $145, free shipment from Melbourne store, thinking if anything goes wrong i can return it to Melbourne. Sandals arrived after few weeks, not genuine brand as advertised, false phone number and address on website - store probably doesn’t exist, return address for my item was in China, paid another $40 for postage, I haven’t received my refund and i don’t think I will.
I was completely misled, trusting that the business operates from Melbourne. They even wrote that they are part of business registered in Netherlands… i was very stupid on this instance and i was scammed

Definitely a scam company offering similar products to other retailers but delivering disgustingly sub standard products worth a tenth of the price paid. Absolute rubbish.So mad to have been duped by this company.

BEWARE: this company is operating a scam. Spent over $250 on what looked like high quality indoor mats with a patterned weave, only to find on arrival that the "design" is simply printed on a very cheap polyester mat which seems to be an outdoor all-weather mat. The mats looked NOTHING like the photo representation, unless you consider the optical illusion of the printed pattern. Whilst the items are returnable it is at buyer's own cost expense so given the weight of mats, not at all practical. I will need to wear this cost and donate these mats as will not use. Honestly, stay away from this retailer!

I ordered a bathrobe. Price was quoted in Australian dollars but processed through The Netherlands so was charged foreign transaction fee.
Bathrobe did not fit and quality was substandard. I tried to return it but I have to send it to China which I was prepared to do but they will only accept a return processed through DHL which is very costly not Australia Post which I was going to send with tracking. Do not purchase from this company, scammers!!
I have tried to negotiate a return via Australia Post but they will not allow it.

Absolute Scam!

Purchased a Brown Zimomo for my daughter for Christmas as her sister has the white, liased back and forth about express shipping as their website says free shipping within Australia and Melbourne Warehouse. Firstly item arrived 4 weeks after purchase. Secondly, item was just a regular sized labubu at nearly $100!! Company so hard to get response from

UNIQUE CASA sent me Plastic Case with NO Contents instead of a 10TB EXTERNAL HARDRIVE. I am able to sqeeze the case in because there is NO CONTENTS inside... It is a total ripoff scamming. Do not purchase anything. I have been in contact and receive avoidence....

Useless can't even post a order tossers it's a scam the address is a virtual office they are operating ghost stores that do not exist

SCAM Alert. Bought kids smart watch. Doesn’t charge & cant store any contacts.
Made contact to return watch for refund. They offered 50% refund. I did not accept this offer. Customer service is someone called M….. Nothing seems to be transparent or honest. Complained to shopify, they are useless & supporting the scammers. I have now lodged a dispute with my bank. Should have read the reviews before making this purchase. Companies like this should be shut down.

Their website states the product is within Australia and will be received in 3-7 business days. We're about to hit 2 weeks and it hasn't left China....
