Thank you for your response.
I reject both your offer of a 20% partial refund and your offer of store credit.
I have clearly stated that I wish to return the item and receive a full refund. The jacket is unused, in its original condition, and available for return.
I am concerned by your statement that a full refund is “not guaranteed” if I return the item. I do not accept this position. I have notified you that I wish to return the product and I expect a full refund once the item is received back in the same condition in which it was supplied.
Repeatedly offering partial refunds instead of processing my return request is unacceptable. I am not seeking a discount, store credit, or any alternative resolution. I am requesting a full refund.
Please confirm in writing that a full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If you refuse to honour my request, I will consider pursuing the matter through my payment provider and any other available consumer protection channels.

I ordered a man's coat from this company in 2xl. When it arrived it is somewhere between a medium and a large. I have sent 3 emails and received no response.Also the coat is very poor quality. The advert said fully finished on both sides(reversible ). However this coat does not have 2 separate layers and seems are visible just fused together. Do not expect a tailored coat. It has the substance of a sweat shirt!

I returned my item within the 14-day return window, and it was delivered and signed for by a company representative. Despite this, the company refused to acknowledge receipt of the return.

Throughout the process, the responses I received felt generic and gave little indication that my case had been properly reviewed.

In order to move the matter forward and obtain my refund, I have had to raise a formal dispute with my card provider. This is an unnecessary step for what should have been a straightforward return.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to deal with repeated follow-ups, a lack of clear communication, and formal payment disputes simply to resolve a return. Based on my experience, I would urge others to be cautious and ensure they retain proof of return and delivery.

I ordered a woollen cardigan. At the payment stage it appeared I had ordered two and I was unable to cancel the second. They have just arrived they are poor quality acrylic without labels. I have tried to get refund/return details but the website is useless. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Yet another scam company of dubious origin. The product (man’s sweater) was poor quality, and at XL way too small. Of more concern was the total lack of any product label, washing instructions, CE or kite mark. It had no labels at all.
So…. The return….as you’d expect from a scam company there was no return label or information. On the website you’re directed to email the company for return instructions. Eventually they reply with a simple question - why do I want to return? Having told them (although I don’t have to legally) they they email back demanding photos of the item and any labelling…a bit ironic for a product devoid of labels! This is ongoing but we all know it won’t end well…..

Don't use this company. No Goods, no refund. emailed them and no reply. no returned money. sham company.

Returned sandals within the 14-day window; item was delivered and signed for on 27 August. UK law requires a refund within 14 days of that date — instead I got a string of inconsistent delays (72 hours, then 10 days, then 20 days) and was eventually offered store credit instead of my money back, which I never agreed to.

Had to open a formal dispute with my card provider to get it moving. Replies throughout felt templated rather than genuinely reviewed — I was even addressed by the wrong customer's name at one point.

If you order here, know that returns are a fight, not a formality.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
I would strongly advise against ordering with this company.
There is no customer service. Instead you receive various versions of the same email. I would suspect it’s a customer service BOT.
Item I bought was described as Wool but was 100% acrylic. No way of returning it unless customer is willing to pay the return to china

Do not use this company, worst quality clothing I have ever received. Cheap Chinese products with no returns policy!

This company is based in china...Their products are not of the standard they promote.. Their refund policy is totally unsatisfactory. I had contacted them repeatedly about returning the items they first offered me 5% discount and I could keep the items second offer was 20% and return..I put it to this company that they were in breach of the consumer act. They told me to return the items. I asked for the full address but they refused to send their post code. Without the post code my fee for the postage would be around £22. The company then said they had offered me their address and refused my refund. They are scamners. Please spread the word 'not to buy' from this company.

Avoid at all costs !!!!! I ordered a suit jacket from here paid £50 reduced from £100. It arrived 3 weeks late and was not what was advertised . The jacket is paper thin no pocket or buttons. When trying to get a refund they are using excuse after excuse trying to give 30% site credit back instead . I would never shop here again so why would I want site credit ???? Eventually they have said they will refund but I need to send my order back to a warehouse in china !!! Please do not waste your money or time !

AVOID this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of jeans that allegedly were £100 but reduced to £40. Looked good in picture so I ordered them. When they came they looked different from picture but tried them on anyway. Tried to button them but no buttonhole! Tried to get a refund and they told me it was standard practice to arrive like this and I needed to cut out my own buttonhole. Pathetic customer service who make it impossible to return as based in US and would cost more to return than the jeans cost. Also no labels or tags on the jeans. An absolute disgrace of a company. They are only willing to refund 20% as that’s their limit. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.Jeans are now in the bin as I wouldn’t be seen dead on them. Looked like a 5 year old made them

I ordered a coat on the 24th of august. I received dispatch and tracking notice the same day, I thought the store was in Austria as advertised on their website. I later found the coat is supposed to be on its way fron china! I contacted them on the 3rd of September, almost two weeks later as the tracking still said awaiting dispatch. After the first email o got a different tracking number, both still say awaiting dispatch. Every email I sent was replied with we thank you for your patience and understanding until I asked for a refund as I was getting nowhere. I was then ignored. I still have no coat, I still have no dispatch notice, it still hasn't left the warehouse and after a weekend of emails back and forth I am still no further forward. Very disappointed

Ordered an iphone case. Delivery took 2 weeks (from China) which was a little disappointing as not advised when placing order. Delivered the wrong product which they subsequently acknowledged ‘because the product ordered was out of stock’. Refused to provide a returns address/process and kept insisting that I accept a 20% refund whilst keeping the product (which was of no use to me). After multiple emails they finally offered 50% store credit whilst continuing to refuse to provide returns address 🤷‍♂️. Donated the product to charity and written off the cost. Please be aware they must be desperate for revenue and will not provide refunds.
