Passed my A2 CofC yesterday. Despite the difficulties of training 22 people online all at the same time, everything was logical, well explained, easy to understand, and they took time to answer questions, go over things, make sure you knew what to expect come the exam, etc.

Overall, a really good experience that not just helped me get the certificate but more importantly helped me understand my drone better, become a better and safer pilot, and I would certainly recommend them for training.

I just passed my A2 CofC and this is the second training course I've done with UAV8. As before, I was well looked after and given all the assistance I required. All training was well explained which made it very easy to follow.

I did a GVC conversion course to update/upgrade from my PfCo. Although it was an online course it was excellent and almost as good as the original one (for PfCo) that happened in the real classroom. The word "almost" is for the fantastic lunch we were missing this time:-)
Very well structured with all information delivered in easy to absorb way. As I expected from my previous experience, even in the virtul environment the UAV8 keeps up with the highest standard! Thanks guys.

Well this course today opened my eyes wider in learning the responsibility of being a Drone pilot. The last time I done studying was years ago so I was very apprehensive doing it on line. But the hours flew by 😆 and the instructors and the way the presented the course was fantastic, yes there was an examination with multi choice questions under strict conditions, I passed got my A2 CofC certificate. I can recommend this company and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Guys.

I attended the A2 CofC course today and although not able to physically meet due to the Covid restrictions, the course was brilliant. Trained everything I needed to know to pass the exam. The instructors Baz, Chris and Mark are clearly experts and have vast experience with which clearly comes through int heir training.
Would highly recommend this company and contacting them for advice as they are so friendly and professional. I will hopefully be returning for further courses in the future so highly recommended for anyone interested in flying UAS.

Completed my PFCO course with the guys a couple of years ago and recently the A2 CofC. A different experience this time, being a virtual course, but again I can't recommend highly enough. Relaxed, informative, well formatted, and you have a feeling of absolute confidence in what you are being taught not least because of the wealth of aviation experience the team have. Plus they are happy to provide support, advice and expertise after the course. What more could you ask for. Thanks Gents.

I was about to give up my drone flying hobby because of the latest 2021 rules when I discovered UAV8. They were extremely helpful and pointed me towards their excellent A2 CofC test. This enabled me to not only continue flying flying, but also to continue more safely and closer than ever before.
Fantastic service and incredible value. I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just completed my A2 CofC training with UAV8. All I can say is ‘what a professional company.’ The customer service and knowledge of instructors was second to none. The course content was pitched at a level that was easy to take in by all course members. As I progress through my drone flying career these guys will be my go to training providers

Baz at UAV8, was very helpful and informative.

He offered excellent onsite training and really helped and guided us when it came to renewing our permissions this year. A great company to work with.

This is the 2nd review I have given for UAV8.

Even 6 months after attending their PFCO/GVC course the customer service remails outstanding.

I needed some additional help with some complex paperwork which would have cost me a significant amount of money elsewhere. However when they heard I needed help they immediately offered, free of charge, to assist even when they were under no obligation to do so.

These guys really care about their graduates and maintain an interest in their progress long after the formal training is complete.

Customer service may be a diminishing concept in many areas but with UAV8 it is at the core of everything they do.

I have no hesitation in reccomending them for all your professional drone training needs.

Having done my PfCo with the guys at UAV8 in November 2016 for my role as UAV pilot at Kent Search and Rescue - they were the only place we were going to go to get the A2 COC training and certification for myself and 12 other pilots today. The course was engaging and the way they teach is second to none - I highly recommend them to you. You will not be disappointed.

Getting ready for the new UAV regs in 2021, I took the A2CofC course with UAV8. Presented by Baz and Mark in an easy to digest format, it made the learning easy.
Happy to say i am now qualified - many thanks to UAV8

I always think its a good idea if you mention something bad as well as good in a review to keep it balanced. Sadly with UAV8 I could only find good things to say.

I recently attended a one-day course at UAV8 to gain my A2 CofC qualification and I'm so happy to chosen them. Apart from the clear, concise and relevant course content, the instructors, Barry and Mark, couldn't be more helpful, considerate, patient and friendly. I can't recommend this organisation highly enough.

Attended training with UAV8 in December 2020 for my GVC theory and practical exams.
The structure and pacing of the course was fantastic; ensuring everyone was on the same page before moving on to other topics. The teaching involved everyone in the class, any misunderstandings soon sorted with real world examples though a contextual anecdote. Combined with the revision questions rounding out each topic, and continued open debate, the important information is always being repeated.
I could not fault Mark and Baz on either of my days in training, absolute gentlemen with a knowledge-base far exceeding the course material.
I will definitely be booking more flight time with the guys, and would recommend everyone to do the same.

Great trainers and course material, all dealt with in a day. The venue wasn't bad either, with a decent lunch included.
