Revalidated my A2cofc this morning. Baz was very helpful in providing all the info needed for a successful result. I would not hesitate to recommend UAV8.

I had an excellent experience completing my A2 CofC training and exam with UAV8.

Very pleased to receive the GVC and A2 CofC qualifications from UAV8. The instruction was great with good resources and ample time to practice flying. A wealth of knowledge was brought by the instructors and all questions were answered on the day. Nick and Baz were both great instructors, the course was relaxed but very informative and well paced, they were more than happy to take questions, to repeat slides, and to explain the information again to ensure we understood the information. The content was well selected to meet the requirements of the qualification and the explanatory anecdotes were interesting and very relevant. The exam format was very relaxed and efficient, with immediate debrief and confirmation of the award of the A2 CofC qualification. I recently completed their Drone Flying Training and A2 CoC courses which were first class. Both courses were supposed to have been completed at the same time but due to weather and my time schedule had to be postponed a couple times. However, they were both accommodated very easily, with the first part of they A2 CoC being cover 1-to-1 over Zoom. Once the weather improved for the dates I was available I was then able to do the second part, which was not only great fun but conducted in a very professional manner, which you would only expect from ex military personnel. I have no problem at all in recommending Barry, Nick and their team (particularly Russ who did my flying part). If I decide to do my GVC I will definitely be using them again.

I really enjoyed my training experience at this academy. The information provided was amazing and very interesting. I must also praise the dedication of my instructor, who was remarkably attentive and open to all questions throughout the training. I would not hesitate to sign up for the next flight course. UAV8 offer an excellent service. The team have a wealth of knowledge but also know how to communicate it clearly. Great people, great course and I can thoroughly recommend it for anyone want to get into drone flying or get their A2 CofC or GVC quickly and efficiently.

I recently attended a one day course with Baz and Russ. As well as the theory around regulation and best practice, there was plenty of time for practical hands on experience both in terms of planning drone flights online as well as having the opportunity to fly the drones. I was quite apprehensive about flying a drone for the first time, but the level of support improved my confidence significantly in a short amount of time. We discussed how we planned to use drones in our workplace and the various options in terms of capability. I would thoroughly recommend UAV8, they clearly have plenty of experience in training and knowledgeable about the breadth of drones available.

Being an ex-forces myself I found that the barriers were already down. Barry and Russ are highly knowledgeable and highly experienced instructors. I found the whole experience with them both a Joy and a pleasure. There was no pressure and as stated in their Joining Instructions ask as many questions as you like. I Would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
