At one point we got cut off and even though this was at the end of the booking and the deposit payment paid he phone back immediately to make sure everything had been covered. Our booking experience online had difficulties but once we spoke to Valerie Burton, we met excellent service. We were able to get the booking arranged as we wanted it and Valerie exceeded our expectations throughout. A really enjoyable experience.
