At busy times can be very difficult to contact. But at less busy times are very efficient and professional. Very helpful and nothing too much trouble either booking a holiday or asking for additional information after holiday is booked. Have had 5 easyjet holidays in the previous 3 years all booked through this company.

I had a really good experience with Travel Solutions Network Ltd, thanks to Vicki. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to assist me.

I had a few queries regarding the hotel, and Vicki made sure to contact them directly to make sure everything was clarified. She really went the extra mile to check all the details for me, which I truly appreciated. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her.

She was also very quick to reply and made sure to call me back promptly, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. As I was unsure about the different hotel options, she guided me through everything clearly and patiently, making sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident in my choice.

We used Travel solutions network for the second time today.
Rang the number we have for Graham. We left a message & he rang back soon after. He is a very helpful & thorough. He went through all our options. He found us great times for flights as my husband to be suffers with Fibromyalgia & mornings are difficult for him. The trip is for our Honeymoon & Graham said he will try for a few extras for us.
He is a truly lovely Gentleman. He is an absolute treasure to find. If you use the man you will not be disappointed.His passion is to get you the best holiday deal possible.

I am disabled and it's difficult for me to book a holiday because of the equipment I need to take with me and the fact that I can't walk far or upstairs. I called to arrange my Easyjet package holiday and was connected to lady called Valerie. I was and still am absolutely amazed at how easy she made the whole process. Nothing was to much trouble and her knowledge of the situation was on top form. She arranged everything promptly and even gave me excellent advice on things that I didn't know were available even though I had been with other companies many times. This was my first time booking with Travel Solutions Network via Easyjet and because of Valerie, in future it will be the first company I go to. Thank you so very much for taking all the usual problems I have when booking a holiday and turning them into no problem at all.
