Angela, was an absolute legend, we booked last minute with less then 48 hours to fly, there was a few glitches on the system due to the length of time until we went, but she stayed way after she finished work to make sure we were going to be problem free for our holiday!

We booked a holiday through travel solutions back in February to Tenerife with Valerie and she was great and so helpful . We have just got back from our holiday this week and wanted to book again so there was only one option and that was to email Valerie because she was so helpful and we wanted to thank her for all her help and let her know what a great holiday we had. I found speaking to Valerie easy when ever we had a question prior holiday than speaking to easy jet direct .
