First time I had used TSN as Easy Jet website was next to useless getting particular flights we wanted for the hotel required. Valerie Burton could not have been more helpful. Very impressed.

We contacted Valerie Burton while struggling to find a last-minute holiday, as the website was showing limited availability. She took over and within minutes managed to secure exactly the holiday we wanted. Valerie was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience stress-free. What a lovely experience — excellent customer service from start to finish!

A fantastic experience with Michelle who answered quickly and asked questions to assist. We had tried to book online but the system was not letting us as it was telling us that the accommodation was fully booked.
Michelle confirmed all of the details and asked to call back within 10 minutes.
5 minutes later she was back on the phone telling us that she had put exactly the same package together and found us the accommodation we wanted for the original price.
Couldn’t fault it, polite, friendly and most of all helpful. Thank you so much.

I had a really specific set of questions before I finally decided to book. I thought it would take ages but Valerie Burton the agent I spoke to was quick and very efficient thus making the whole booking experience very good. all information was given in a very good clear way and Valerie constantly reassured me so all felt right - will book again

Adam was superb. Restored my faith in booking over the phone.

After EasyJet raised the price of our holiday twice while trying to book, over £300 more, I called Travel Solutions Network. Adam was very helpful and understanding with my frustration at this. He ended up getting us better flights and saving us £500 from what the highest price became. We are very appreciative and will use them in the future. Thanks Adam

Nick was absolutely helpful! I was really nervous on how to book my flights and hotel and nick booked it for me and talked me through how to check in and how to download my tickets onto my phone and how to print them off and also helped with booking special assistance a big weight off my mind and also reassured me he is available to help with anything else thanks very much nick
