Like everyone else it appears i have been entered into a subscription for a 6 month period that i never entered and now they are refusing to cancel it as i did not cancel within 14 days. Its really difficult to cancel something that you had zero knowledge of entering. It is NOT clear when you take advantage of this 'amazing' offer of only paying for the postage of the products that you are entering into a 6 month subscription so please dont be fooled into doing this.
I have contacted trading standards and i would encourage anyone else to do so that has experienced this with this company (0345 404 0506. They are aware of this company and what has been happening, hopefully this will be enough to put a stop to this.
Don't be put off by the emails advising they will take legal action against you for missing payments etc what they have done is completely not legal as per the information provided a few reviews down.

Scammers
Doesn’t even deserve one star!!
You sign up for a 6 month subscription without knowing about it and then they refuse to cancel the subscription.
Trading standards have been contacted and know about the company. They have stated that I’m not in a contract and that I need to carry on demanding to not be apart of a contract that is not clearly stated.
I’ve blocked any more payments coming out of my bank. They have also heard of this company before and have classed this situation as SCAM!
They never email you back a decent response answering any questions. It’s always the same email back!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY, I am currently going through a financial ombudsman to sort out a subscription you don’t even know you’ve signed up for.
I payed £2.99 for the beauty locks hot chocolate I thought this was a one off buy until I had money taken out of my account again 20 days later for another packet at £15.99. I then emailed the company to ask them what had happened and they had told me that I had actually signed up for a 6 month subscription at check out. I wanted this cancelled straight away as this was not clear at checkout at all! I did not tick any boxes to confirm terms and conditions of anything! I have pictures to prove it! I had read a lot of the reviews on here and the replies from skinny caffe are just not up to standard and very generic! you are not sent an email after your order saying you had signed up to a subscription as I wasn’t notified and this is why I am well in my right to get legal advice now! Wouldn't recommend purchasing any product from this company.
You are entered into a contract you are unaware of for 6 months. Having checked back over the initial emails there is nothing to state you are in contract after 14 days as 'Gemma' tells you.
Having highlighted all of the reasons i am not in contract to 'Gemma' she now only replies with generic email responses, after threatening me with a debt collector because of the money I will 'owe'.
Do not buy from them; but if you have, know that you DO NOT owe them anything.
Best thing to do is cancel the recurring payment with your bank and let it be handled from there - the banks seem to be aware of this company already!

For anyone wanting help and to actually speak with someone that knows what they are talking about, please ring Trading Standards on 03454040506. The more people who do the quicker this company can be investigated even further.
I have now spoken to Trading Standards and there has been no ‘offer & acceptance’ between you and myself so therefore no contract. If you believe this has happened, you need to prove it. Unfortunately, just putting your terms and conditions on your website is not good enough.
You have provided no pre-contact information, that by rights I should be allowed to read and considered within 14 days (cooling off period) but because you failed to do this my cooling off period has now been extended to 1 year and 14 days.
I gave you notice that I did not want to carry on or receive any further product from you by email on 7th June 2019 (14.09pm).
I have sent back the package you sent me by recorded delivery and I will keep this receipt as evidence.
You can find all this information within the Consumer Contract Regulations.
KNOWONE IS IN A CONTRACT WITH THEM AS PUTTING 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS' ON A WEBSITE DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING! Please just cancel your bank card/the payments etc with your bank asap.

THIS COMPANY IS AN UTTER JOKE - ZERO STARS!!!!
Like many others I signed up for what I thought was a onetime only offer, and once I realised it was a subscription I immediately emailed the company to cancel my subscription and sent the product back. Conveniently they had no record of my parcel being sent back to them and continued to take money out of my account even though I have sent them back every single parcel they have ever sent me. I have continually tried to cancel my subscription, and have even had a written email from 'Gemma' stating that 'It would be cancelled' which they have failed to honour.
I have since blocked the payments through my bank and have been harassed by numerous generic emails from 'Gemma' and 'Suzanne' demanding payment, all of which I have responded to and I still get the same b***s**t generic email in response. I have so far reported the company to trading standards and my bank have raised them with their fraud team. I am also in the process of reporting the company to the Finance Ombudsman.
I can assure they will not be getting a single penny out of me. I look forward to receiving another generic response...
This company needs to be shut down!!!

Also on companies house they are being shut down, they are the same company as skinnyfoodco, I’ve also reported to trading standards and filled out an ODR, when I cancelled at the bank they informed me I wasn’t the first person to report this and was going to let fraud team know about them

As others have said, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I signed up for the free sample, then they won't accept cancellation and threaten legal action and debt collection. They don't reply to any of my emails. My credit card company refunded the money they took and pointed out that Skinny Cafe never asked permission to retain my personal details for payment.
Trust Pilot should look skeptically at the line of 5* reviews: I seriously doubt whether a single one of them is genuine.
