I ordered an item from The Protein Lab on August 22nd and received an email from them later that day informing me that the item had been dispatched. 12 days later (September 3rd) it had still not been delivered and I assumed it must have been delayed in transit. I called them to confirm that the order had really been sent and they told me there was a delay but it had been send the previous Friday (August 31st). The item finally arrived on September 6th, and the tracking information showed that was actually sent 2 days previously (September 4th).

So they lied to me about it having sent it on August 22nd, and lied again when they told me it had been sent on August 31st. The guy I spoke to on the phone must have known it still hadn't been sent when he told me it was already on the way.

I certainly wouldn't trust this company again.

Their customer service is rubbish. I placed an order on 2nd of March, they said the delivery takes 5 days. 2 weeks later, still nothing. I sent them 3 messages, still no response by now. I called them twice, the guy at the customer service told me there is a delay with the deliveries. Really? I figured it out by myself, thanks.
And then last Friday I just got a message from dpd, they going to deliver the package on Monday after more than two weeks. I just bought a new pack of protein while I was waiting for them because I ran out from the previous one. I will never ever order from this company again.

Update: finally the package arrived after 3 weeks, the only thing is that it tastes and smells like strawberry (it's pinkish after I add some water to the powder) even if it says vanilla flavor on the box... But at least I've got something.

ordered this through wowcher on the 8th february, was told it will be delivered on the 15th, its the 27th now and still nothing at all...please do not buy from these people.

have just spoke to them again, spoke to them last week, the guy said it will be going out today or tomorrow, thats funny, he said the exact thing today, what a joke.

The child of a man on the phone kept speaking over me and hung up on me 3 times because he couldn't answer when my order was going to be despatched his excuse he's had a really bad day and this makes it acceptable does it?
What kind of customer service is that? Hanging up on a customer.. wow!! Wowcher said my order was already despatched and should have been with me on the 16th. I ordered on the 6th.. and he said the Wowcher orders would be sent out at the end of the week but couldn't give me a day or a estimated delivery day or anything at all. He was useless and an arrogant, smug, absolute joke! When I called his customer service a joke he then called me a joke and continued to shout have a nice day down the phone and hang up. I asked if I could take his name and he said no so I then asked to speak to someone higher he said he was the only one there so I asked if he was the Manager his reply was I don't know. He was clearly playing games with me. I would rather rip my money up then give it to this company! Absolute disgrace.

Just to let people know this is the same company as skinny diva I ordered some protein powder was told it would be with me in 5 days it arrived 4 weeks later the quality of the product was disgusting and when I contacted there customer services and told them that the protein smelled like it was off and it had hard lumps in they put the phone down on me do not order from either company name spend abit more and get quality

Been waiting over 5 weeks for my protein and when phoning getting same answer theirs been a back log what for 5 weeks?!!! Wont be getting from here again

We bought the mass gainer and bcaa offer from an email and we found it really good to mix and the taste was great, my wife dosn't like the shake too thick so we have just under a scoop and we find we can get more from the 4kg tub. last month we have the choco taste and we have just ordered the penut toffee came on monday just a day after we ordered it.

I have spent years buying protein from a lot of the online people however this websites prices and some of the best, the stuff isn't rubbish and I get it very quickly - you can go elsewhere and paymore, it's up to you

found proteinlab on ebay and then googled them, the supps are great really helping with my gains if you buy more the prices are cheaper if you buy more, dont bother upgrading the delivery though as there normally with you next day

Just wanted to say how helpful the telephone guys were at ProteinsLab. I had to phone them as I couldn't find my usual brand of whey, and wasn't sure which would be best for me. After a long ten minuites on the phone these guys pointed me in the right direction (and give me a bit of a discount!). Nothing seemed too much hasstle, thanks guys! - be deffo buying again.

placed my order and my mass gainer was with me next day, love the taste and mixes really well this is my forth order with these guys and i cant wait for next month.

Hello Trusty Truspilots.

I have to base this rating, and review on a single purchase of theproteinlabs Testo Boosters..

The delivery was a standard 5/6 day wait, which was expected as I wanted free delivery and wasn't to concerned about my wait duration. This was standard.. I started taking the boosters which smelt awful and gave me the biggest headache of my life and catastrophic molten lava heartburn. I have taken other more recognisable brand before and never felt like this, however with these kind of products its important to remember it effects each individual differently so I wasn't that put down.
It was only untill I contacted the company via there online support forum did things go .... well unpleasant and a complete lack of caring was shown, I used the forum which emailed me back within 2 minutes stating my questions would be answered within 48 hours. GOOD JOB i did not hold my breath. WOW 4 times I tried it asking possibility of swapping out the product, asking for its batch number etc so it could be checked to see if any known issues with particular batch. NO RESPONSE.
So i messaged them on Facebook- Asked the refund process, asked if it was a dodgey batch etc, which resulted in a limited response and them blocking me... SUSPICIOUS is the word.
Absolutely diabolical customer service, just blocking someone whos asking about a possible defected product.
ADVICE: GO WITH BIG BRANDS!!!!! They usually have more customer support, they have been properly recorded tried and tested. this is paramount for any supplements you decide to put into your body.
I am currently is correspondence with Trading Standards and the DH (department of health) to further query this potential dangerous product.
If they had nothing to hide they wouldn't of blocked me and pretended the problem wasn't there.

A great dietary aid, easy to swallow and does exactly what it says on the bottle.

I ordered 3 months supply of Raspberry keytone and 3 1/2 weks later, I am still waiting for them.
I contacted 'The Protein Lab' after 2 weeks, and was told that my order had been dispatched. I have emailed the company 2 more times since then. To which the only replies I had were the automated response.

Location is good and they respond to emails quickly and try to help as best they can. Delivery is the later end of the expected timescale but still within the window
