No order, no communication.

Still havent received my order. This place is a scam. Dont buy from here

Ordered got a tracking number next day 5 days later still not posted avoid at all costs

It’s been 7 days and I still haven’t received my order and there’s no way to track the order. Very frustrated with the service.

I ordered an item on 18April. The email response quoted 2-3 working days for dispatch. I have heard nothing further, despite emailing to ask why this order has not been fulfilled. I have checked the order via website this morning, 25 April, and it says that this has still not been fulfilled.

Product never arrived and no response from the contact details provided on their website. I will need to try and get the bank to reclaim this money now.

Fast efficient service but the product is working intermittently so not so good

Asking me for a review when I’ve been emailing non stop since last Saturday to ask where my order is or at least a tracking number, absolute joke and have requested a refund and still not heard back

I’ve not gotten my order yet. No information from the seller on the status of my order since I made payment.

I checked them out on Instagram and I saw a few comments saying they’re scammer and never delivered. Reported to my bank already. Avoid at all cost

Ordered over a week ago paid extra for Royal Mail 1-2 day delivery and still waiting for my parcel to be despatched. Emailed the company and they haven’t even replied.

Worst customer service ive ever dealt with, cheap tat products. Dont bother with these cowboys

Do not buy from this website I have more than three weeks and I don’t receive the item and they never answer to my emails dodgy website

Finally arrived 9 days after ordering, emailed a number of time without any reply and when it arrived not as advertised.
