Ordered 3 weeks ago, no updates, no tracking info, no item. Ignoring all my emails and social media messages.
Would not recommend and shouldn’t be able to get away with this the amount of people they have scammed. Will do everything I can to take it further

I haven't received any confirmation or delivery instructions, as it stands I would have given no stars if that was an option

I ordered and paid for 24hr delivery on the 31st March and still haven’t received my item in the 14th April. I have sent an email to chase up and haven’t had any response from them.

Fault advertising, did not get what I ordered , had no reply to email sent to sort things out , will never use site again

Scammed waited and waited weeks turn into months nothing very disappointed they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this and I will do everything I can to bring them down

Have not received my delivery yet been waiting a while now when I paid for next day delivery

Over a week ago I purchased and still not received. Contacted them and a Chloe got back saying she would find out where order is and get back by end of the day. That was 5 days ago still nothing😠

Never arrived.
Got told it was shipped with 24hr shipping..didn't come didn't have email update didn't show on the website like it said it would and never got a tracking number.
Scam.

Haven’t received order and no one is getting back to me to help with refund or new item.

Very happy with the purchase

The reviews state fast delivery but this took quite a while. The item is not as descibed in the advert either. No light on it so can only presume this is a cheaper version.

I was really hoping this machine would work as the ad showed. I ended with lots of bleeding scars. A pure waste of money and a painful experience.

Product is gd but didn’t get any emails to let me no when the product was getting delivered.

This product does not do what it says it is not skin safe .
