I have always had a quick response from The Pension Planner team. The video link meetings I have had with Shane worked very well and he has explained things in a very clear and concise way. Any questions I have had he has answered quickly, and if anything needs updating Beth is on the case straight away.
It's good to know someone is there to help if you need it.

Having had several financial and pension advisors in the past and been charged large fees without any real value. He was able to offer advice on both pension and financial investments without any immediate obligation. He was extremely helpful, honest and friendly. hi my name is Anthony, i first contacted a website called unbiased as there is so many financial advisers out there,some good and some not so, but how would you know. so within 2 days Steve Hodder from the Pension Planner called me . After a lengthy discussion with Steve i decided to go with them as all relevent questions i wanted answering was done including costs (hence which many dont tell you). i was referred to Nicolas Pratt to see me through the process. to cut a long story short ,i was given advice by True potential and the pension has been transferred at the end of June no problems, Nick always keeps you in the picture whats going on any any relevent information required. If you want to transfer your pension give the Pension Planner a ring ,they are truly a professional company which you can trust every step of the way.
