First rate service again from everyone at The Pension Planner as they've now moved my pension investment to a better platform with better performance and lower fees which is, after all, what I want from them.

I have used David as my financial advisor for many years and he has provided excellent service. Since he joined The Pension Planner he has been well supported by Beth and the team.

Advice given was what I had asked for, the admin team - Beth - gave regular updates on the progress of my pension switch. One problem arose with the switch - through no one's fault - which was dealt with quickly and with minimal effort from me.

I spent a long time planning my retirement and thinking through options, which included speaking with a few pension specialists. As a lot of other reviewers have mentioned, I greatly appreciated not being hurried or pressed into anything by Shane. Instead, he was very patient, calmly answering questions that I had and happy to wait and keep in touch with calls/online meetings as my situation developed. He was very clear about options, and open about what each meant for me. There was no fuss when I decided to stay with my occupational DB scheme, just a focus on the DC pots that needed to be sorted out. Overall, I am very happy with the service that I have received from Shane, backed up by Beth and the team behind the scenes, and would definitely recommend them to others.
