I used the Unbiased website to search for a pension planner as I had never had a financial advisor before and was unsure which ones would be suitable for me. I wanted to explore more suitable funds within my current pension and didn't really know where to start. Ben got in touch with me to offer his help and answered all my queries during a phone call which put my mind at ease. He explained everything clearly to me and kept me regularly updated along with Beth. I thought they delivered a very professional service and I hope to continue working with Ben in the (many) years ahead until my retirement and beyond.
