We had Simon Randall-Coles as our Mortgage Broker. He was recommended to us from our close friends who couldn’t rate him highly enough. We can see why.

Simon was fantastic from the very first email and call, all the way through to the final closing of our new home. Not only did he manage to find us a great deal, he was always available to hop on a call to answer any questions we had. As first time buyers, having Simon guide us through the initial stages was a godsend.

We can’t rate Simon highly enough - and when we come to remortgage, we will definitely be using him again.

We had Lucinda help us with our mortgage and she honestly couldn’t do enough! She was amazing and I would highly recommend. She was so helpful and so quick with her replies and getting us the best deals.

Simon has been exceptional throughout the entire process. As we’re purchasing our second home, we’re still relatively new to many of the procedures and terminology, but he has made everything feel clear and manageable. Our experience with these guys has been great from the first day we spoke to them. Knowing absolutely nothing about what we were doing with our mortgage or how anything work Matt Pickett and Mike Hall have been outstanding.
They were happy to answer all of stupid questions, explain to us directly and clearly the options and the way things worked, broke down how much we could borrow in a very simple way and were super responsive to any request we had. We were also offered some very good interest rates on our mortgage with them with costs broken down by them very simply too. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!
