From my first contact with Shane Kao one got the impression of a professional, knowledgable person, ready to pass on all relevant information that will assist in making decisions without any pressure of any kind. Contacted the Pension Planner because I was looking to start taking an income from a deferred company pension scheme. We had used them previously for my wife's pension arrangements, during which we received excellent service. Once again the whole team were prompt, courteous and efficient from the outset.
