I ordered some pate and 3 of the items were out of date and you could see that they were all wrinkly compared to the ones still in date.
I sent numerous emails to try and return them to get a refund.
Eventually I was told DPD would pick them up on a certain day. I waited in all day and DPD never showed.
I will never order from them again. The customer service has been absolutely terrible.

First and last time ordering from this store, the dog food bag turned up damaged and 11kilos of dog food was loose inside the delivery box. very unhelpful customer service.

Massive range of chews which is what I was looking for when I happened upon the natural pet store and a good price too. Quick delivery and happy dogs

Very Good Business , can be let down by courier on occasions

The food arrived with dents in and just looking a bit battered. The order also arrived with missing items which were then sent however received a few days later.

My cat is currently on Arden Grange dry food (full fat 😹) and needs to lose a little bit of weight, so I needed to be able to try a smaller bag of the lighter version to see if she liked it. Very happy with the price and she loves it so win win all round

I placed an order and paid for for 2 x 12 tins of dog food. I received just 2 tins.

I've been a loyal customer for the last few years, with a monthly subscription.

Ahead of moving area, I changed my address on their website. Being the person I am, I checked again just after the move and saw my address had reverted back to my old address. I changed it again, and deleted the old address again. I checked the upcoming delivery and it stated the new address for delivery, but to sure I even emailed customer service to confirm that the address had changed ahead of my delivery. The response received did not highlight any issues.
Several days later I got a notification to say my order was out with DPD, I waited in but then received a notification that it had been delivered. I contacted the company and they advised it had gone to my old address. I logged onto the website and again saw my old address was listed when this had been deleted and my new address was marked as the default.
The response I received did not involve an apology, nor confirm if they had investigated the fault on their webpage. Despite my years of loyalty, it was instead viewed that it was my fault, I must not have changed my address. Despite providing screenshots, and having the email to customer service, before the order went out.

It's 40 miles for me to try and collect my dog food delivery, that on this occasion amounted to around £60. I have no contact with the new home owners so will have to travel this distance just to see if they are home, and hope they are honest that they've got my parcel. They did not apologise or offer a redelivery or refund.

I've given 2 stars as prior to this I had no problems with their service and recommended them. However, now knowing they do not apologise, investigate or rectify their mistakes I cannot in good faith recommend them and only upon requesting to cancel my subscription did I receive a sorry you are leaving but no support.

Order placed mid July and was due to be delivered in 2-4 working days. Delivery deadline passed so contacted the team asking for an update. Have received no communication from them but the money has gone from my account.
Others appear to have similar experiences and the company is starting to feel like a scam. Do not recommend.

The order was received as notified at purchase - good communication and well packaged.

I have contacted them saying my order has had no updates and still isnt here and they said they would give me an update 4 days ago yet still nothing now they arent replying at all do not order of here they steal your money very poor customer service!

Ordered 3 dog toys, including one that is our Collie's favourite (Camera Plush Dig Toy by P.L.A.Y). She's had three of these, and I was pleased to see The Natural Pet Store stocked them.

The box arrived, and it wasn't there! What was there was a rope toy that we would never have ordered. The item was shown as in stock on their website, and I had no email saying it was out of stock, and would I like to substitute it? I would not have.

The toy is useless for our dog, who would simply destroy it (why we would never have ordered it).

Three emails, one via their website contact us page, all unanswered, tried to call but just got a 'as we are a small company we are unable to man our phones' message! What BS, why have a phone number if you are 'too small a company' to answer it?

Won't be ordering from this shoddy company again if they can't be bothered to engage with their customers or deliver the correct items.

Paid for express 2 working day delivery because my dog needs new food due to urgent medical condition. Placed order on Saturday and by Thursday still not delivered. They do not answer phone and will not provide refund. I have requested several times the very least they should refund me is the postage I paid on what would otherwise be free if not delivered as express.

Ordered dog food less than 24 hours ago and it’s arrived at my door already. Struggled to find a company that would ship a particular brand to Northern Ireland, and presumed it would take ages if I found one that did, so pleasantly surprised. Thank you!
