Told to “install” a faulty product after days of back and forth

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been genuinely frustrating.

I purchased a picnic table and bench set, and after spending around 2 hours assembling it, it became clear that both benches were faulty. The pre-drilled holes do not align with the frame, meaning the seating cannot be properly secured or used at all.

I provided multiple photos and videos clearly demonstrating the issue. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to send more evidence over several days, only to eventually be told that the item was “not faulty” and to proceed with installation, even though it was already assembled and the fault had been clearly shown.

At no point was a proper resolution offered. No replacement parts, no meaningful refund, just delays and dismissive responses.

I’ve now had to escalate this through my bank, which could have EASILY been avoided with basic customer service and accountability.

Really disappointing experience.

Fantastic patio furniture from Yimbly

Easy ordering process, quick delivery response, goods securely packaged. Was a bit anxious about putting the units together because of past bad experiences of faulty construction, misaligned holes, missing items like screws and bolts etc. Needn't have worried on this occasion, brilliant construction, holes correctly and precisely positioned all necessary parts supplied, making assembly a cinch. The supplied instructions were easy to fallow and this helped enormously. The patio furniture looks great, very delighted, would recommend highly.

The instructions are shooking as they do not give you clear instructions on how to put it together and lastly some of the screws do not tighten.

Dont buy garden sheds from yimbly!!
Dont waste your money,my dad bought the 8x4 shed for my mums mobility accessories e.g scooter,wheelchair etc.
When it eventually arrived the metal sheets were buckled and bent,there were pieces missing so couldnt be built,and most of the parts didnt line up to screw together.
WARNING ,do not buy, ive had no help from yimble,yimble asked for photos and video proof of this item but they already knew it had been dumped in skip were it belongs,i got in touch with yimble but they werent interested

I ordered a 24 pack of assorted hanging…

I ordered a 24 pack of assorted hanging basket plants when they came they were bone dry wilted and not very good at all I potted them and hope for the best, but I had to throw quite a few away. I got onto Yimbly and they were very very, very good and in the end after my review to them they did refund me all my money. So all in all the experience with them was good and bad more so to the good so yes I will trade with you again.
I cannot remember the exact date when this happened, but it’s only in the last two weeks anyway I would like thank you once again for your prompt solution
