Terrible service
Terrible service. Twice they have failed to deliver my car litter. Blaming it on dpd not scanning it . After a week of not receiving it I went back to my previous supplier. Ordered 3p.m and arrived before 12 the next day. And received the refund 4 weeks after initial payment.
Poor delivery
I order a big bag of dog food every month but recently the delivery has taken well over a week and that’s only after chasing up. The true test of a company is how it deals with issues and this is where they fall short. A phone number that’s never manned and email that takes a day or two to reply to and then with a vague answer which then has to be chased again. No gesture of goodwill vouchers or anything and not really an apology. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on so that’s a regular customer lost

Appalling Company
Ordered three items, payment taken, order confirmed but no dispatch note and no further correspondence in 3 weeks. Ive emailed twuice for an update and heard nothing back. Furthermore there is no telephone number listed. Really really poor service. AVOID!

No option to cancel a subscription on my account. Customer service is terrible and emails are ignored. Food received is very close to the expiry date. I’ve had to contact my bank to stop any further deliveries and payments. Delivery is very slow. I would not recommend.

Ordered food on 25th Dec for diabetic dog - still not handed to courier on 4 Jan. very disappointing and no explanation at all. Running so short on the food will have to try to find somewhere else and it’s out of stock practically everywhere. Can’t see myself ordering again from this shop sadly.

As you can see from other reviews they don’t fulfil order and then try to avoid sending out remaining parts or offer refund.
No customer service or communication and no accountability.
They shouldn’t be allowed to offer a service.
Awful customer service!
Received my order after the guaranteed delivery date, very slow postage from the company.
Order received but containing the incorrect items. I emailed about the issue and received a response saying 'I have a note saying you were happy to swap'. I have not had any communication regarding a swap. I ordered 3 packs of dog treats, only received 2 packs in the delivery and for a cheaper alternative.
Communication very slow and poor from Ashley (the company Director!). No mention of an apology or a resolution, just looking to blame me for the error!
I will never order from this place again!
Cat food arrived opened
Packet of dry cat food arrived open. Initially had a quick response when I contacted them but they haven’t replied to any emails over the past two weeks to resolve the issue. Will avoid in future.

Awful company … Bought a few things for our puppy and they still haven’t delivered . One reply from an Ashley from my 4 emails so had to go through the bank for a refund .
OUT OF DATE FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered some pate and 3 of the items were out of date and you could see that they were all wrinkly compared to the ones still in date.
I sent numerous emails to try and return them to get a refund.
Eventually I was told DPD would pick them up on a certain day. I waited in all day and DPD never showed.
I will never order from them again. The customer service has been absolutely terrible.
