To be honest I haven't had anything from The Drop yet however I did find their order process thorough and comprehensive. I had to cancel my order shortly after placement due to an event cancellation however the company were very understanding and I had a refund shortly after. As and when I need a suit I will be using The Drop.

Timely responses with regards to any concerns I had, considering I’m a U.S buyer. The suit was exactly what I wanted and was delivered a week earlier than expected. Had to make a few size adjustments on the trousers, but this was primarily my fault for not measuring myself accurately. Anywho, the suit looked great, it was delivered in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and communication was excellent with regards to any concerns I had. I’d use The Drop again in a heart beat for a quality, yet reasonably priced suit.

After seeing the suits on Instagram my wife suggested I order a suit from the drop for our wedding in August.
With 7 weeks until we left for our wedding, I contacted them, went to their offices and got measured. I then chose, ordered and paid for a cream suit online.
I paid for the express delivery to get it in enough time to leave for our destination wedding.
After a week past I hadn't heard back from the company so emailed several time with no response.
Finally, 5 days before we left for our wedding the suit arrived with the following issues:
- The suit was a completely different colour cream to what was ordered
- The suit was see through
- The trousers would not do up
- The quality of the suit was appalling

As you can imagine my wife and I were very upset and not to mention stressed.

After complaining I was offered a discount of either half price for the suit or a full refund. Owing to the issues mentioned above I decided to take the refund and try my chances elsewhere, which I did.
Thankfully we managed to find a cream suit 2 days before we left for our wedding however the process really needn't had been so stressful.

After a lot of time doing all the measurements the suit arrived in advance of the promised arrival time and fitted very well. The only drawback was that the suit material was not quite how it appeared on the site and in future we would ask for swatches.

Great suit, great fit and above all great service. I was in a very time sensitive situation and they delivered perfectly. Will be back again

I can't believe how much better a custom suit fits than the ones I used to buy from TM Lewin. The service from Jeremy was excellent throughout, and I'm really pleased with my suit. The quality is better than you'd expect for a £299 suit, and it just fits like a glove.

I got the suit I never thought I could have afforded. Having never had a bespoke suit before, I didn't know just how great it feels to wear something that just fits you perfectly. It fitted perfectly, and I don't think I'd ever go back to off-the-peg now. The material is beautiful too, and I have got lots of great comments from friends.

I needed a shirt for my friend’s wedding and came across thedrop.co I was impressed by the made to measure, showing video tutorials how to measure your size using the tape measure and the many selection of materials you can choose from. After I found the style I want, made the order which is straightforward and the website has a nice feel to it. What I really love about the company, you can customize shirt, i.e colour of the buttons, monogram, which you don’t get in retail shops. When it came through the post, It had a nice packaging and fitted me perfectly!! Which usually I don’t notice this kind of level of detail. During the day of the wedding, I got compliments on the shirt which is always a bonus. I will highly recommend and will aim to get my next custom shirt from them :-).

Drop helped me with my wedding suit. I spent many months looking for a suit company that would design a suit to my specification, colour and price. In my search I didn't have much luck until one day I came across the Drop.. I was a bit sceptical... how can a company make me a bespoke suit for half the price? Will the quality be good? Can I trust them? The answer is yes! As I didn't want anything going wrong I travelled to their office in London from Manchester. I met up with Jonathan who was really helpful and went through the materials, design etc. Got my suit 2 weeks later it needed a few alterations and there was an issue with my blazer they replaced my blazer and Jonathan recommended a tailor in Manchester called stichers. Their service was great, the suit looked amazing and the build quality was of the highest standard. Definitely recommend.

I recently had a 3 piece suit made for me by The Drop. If asked I would recommend anyone in the market for a custom made bespoke suit to give them a try . The process is straightforward, all done online, and with the help of one of the stylists always available with a live link. The suit arrived within a few days of the delivery date and fitted with no alterations necessary. With a highly competitive price tag, I would highly recommend The Drop.

I got my first suit from TheDrop in summer 2018. I've since brought 2 more, a coat and a number of shirts.

The service, quality of fabric, quality of the cut and stitching is superb.

I was on a tight deadline to get a suit for my sister-in-law’s wedding. I was able to get a custom suit ordered and delivered within 3 weeks - it even had my name stitched into it!!!

The suit was a great fit and nice quality material and no more expensive than the suits I was looking at places like TM Lewin - which also had a pretty limited range compared to The Drop.

I will definitely get my next suit from The Drop.

I've bought custom suits online before with varying degrees of success. The Drop's suit was a pleasant surprise given the price - really nice quality and great fit. The stylist was on hand to provide advice when I needed it. I'll certainly return in the future!

Ross Lamb. I came across the drop on Instagram and Facebook. I overlooked them quite a number of times as I was just unsure about them as I had never heard of them before. I was looking for a made to measure suit for the christening of my daughters. I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The website is extremely easy to manouver, although I must admit I failed to notice the additional extras that you can choose like the jacket lining or waistcoat lining when your designing your 3 piece suit until after I had ordered my suit, I was in too much of a hurry. Communication from start to finish was excellent especially when dealing with Jonathan. I was a bit dubious about how well the suit would fit from the measurements and pictures sent, but when I received my suit 4 weeks after ordering, which was pretty much exactly when they had said It would arrive. The fit was perfect, I couldn't have been happier and the fabric was excellent it had met all my expectations. When the suit arrived in the box it was creased so I was unsure how it would actually look but after it was pressed and on, it looked fantastic. I wore it to the christening and everyone commented on how well it fitted and how good it looked. I will definitely be using the drop for any future suits that I buy as the fit and quality are second to none. The customer service I received also deserves a special mention, as while wearing my suit on the very first occasion my suit trousers caught on something and ripped. Although this was not the companies fault I informed them of what happened and they agreed to send me another pair at half price. I was very happy with this and once again I'll just say they have gained a customer for a very long time, I will be using them each time I need a new suit.

FLAWLESS! From the actual suits to customer service, I couldn't recommend The Drop more!

Honestly, when looking for a new suit, I found these guys but quickly passed them up. I just wasn't sure about using a new company that I didn't know much about. You hear some horror stories and as these suits were for our wedding, I wanted to make sure they were perfect! After a few mishaps with 3 other companies, I revisited The Drop and eventually ordered 2 different suits through them.

I can not recommend these folks enough! The suits were easy to order and quick on the delivery! The actual suits themselves were exactly what we wanted and their wide selection of colours is what drew me to them in the first place. The actual quality of the colour and fabrics went beyond our expectations! Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect! They kept in contact during the entire process to make sure that everything went smoothly and wanted to make sure they got every single detail right.

I won't hesitate the next time I need to order a suit! I've officially been converted as I know they will do their best to take care of everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I am always sceptical of what I don't know and was at first hesitant however can't recommend it enough, from the first communication with Jemima to going into the office and meeting Jonathan it has been quality.

the suit is a great fit and there are so many designs and materials to choose from. I am already looking at what suit I am going to get next but first I will be getting myself a coat
