The guys at the drop did a fantastic job on my wedding suit, it looks and fits perfect. They couldn’t have been more helpful!

I recently had my second suit delivered. My first suit has lasted over 2 years and is still in good shape.

Both suits are of good quality and arrived in good time, all in it was a stress free process and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good fitting custom suit.

The Drop were great.. We got our wedding suits from them, so easy to send your measurements and a couple of pictures and the results are brilliant such a helpful bunch and keep you updated on progress so no need to panic! Thanks guys!!

Bought 3 suits for my wedding for my 2 brothers and myself, the suits came and fitted beautifully, no adjustments needed on any of them which I wasnt expecting.

Ordered 2 suits, a 2-piece double breasted and a single breasted 3-piece, with different lining detail . arrived in just over 2 weeks, well packed and perfect fit. makes me look svelte and young and that is no mean achievement. .. highly recommended company.

Extremely happy with the service. Ordered a 3 piece suit and after a month or so decided to order a pair of trousers too. Arrived very promptly and the clothing is of a very high standard. Can’t wait to use The Drop again!

It has been over a week since we had our telephone conversation with Jeremy. Since then we have received nothing else, and our e-mails are no longer being answerd. This is unacceptable.

Just got a very nice call from Jeremy, explaining that they will go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our suits for the wedding day. Great customer service, I appreciated the call very much. Will post the final result, and hopefully, change that 1-star experience to a 5-star experience.

The suit looks nothing like the photo on their website.

We have just ordered 4 suits for my wedding in May. The first suit arrived today and I am very disappointed. The suit doesn't look like the image they displayed on their website.

A suit that they have on their Facebook page looks like the one that we received today instead.

These two suits look nothing alike...

I can not fit in the vest at all, the suit jacket doesn't fit properly, and the pants are too baggy. All around I am disappointed and cringing at the thought of everyone else receiving their suits later on this week.

What makes it worse is there are no returns on these suits, so we will be stuck with suits that can be resized, but look nothing like the image advertised on their website?

Not pleased with The Drop at the moment. This is not the suit I wanted to wear on my wedding day.

After years of struggling to find the perfect fitting suit, I finally have a suit that fits like a glove. Love it. Amazing quality. Excellent service and great communication. Plenty of style choices. Super easy process to order and I like how the website stores all measurements to make future ordering seamless. Will be ordering a whole bunch of trousers next and then a tux after that.

I ordered a custom suit from The Drop early in the year. It fitted me perfectly! The team were really helpful and supportive throughout and I'll certainly be back for more.

Very happy with my new suit which was delivered in good time and for a very reasonable price. The trousers had to be let out a couple of times but that was all part of the service. The only thing I'd like to have seen is a bit more material when choosing the fabric. It's very hard to get a feel for how the suit will look when you've not got much more than a postage stamps worth to go on. Happy to recommend otherwise

I've tried several tailors to varying degrees of success. I was looking for a specific type of suit for my wedding, and the usual places tend to have more traditional cuts and couldn't provide what I needed. I stumbled upon the Drop, and I'm glad I did. The suit arrived very quickly, matched the image spot on and was of high quality. Will be using them again.

I came across The Drop last year while looking for a suit for my wedding. I was a little skeptical at first - a custom-made suit for £400 seemed a little too good to be true. The service throughout, was fantastic. The suit was delivered on-time and exactly to spec. I had loads of compliments on the big day. Thank you!

Having previously used The Drop for a wedding suit I went back to order a more casual jacket. Already having my details on record the process was very smooth and I'm a happy customer for the second time.

Good concept but didn’t work for us.

My fiancé purchased a suit from The Drop. Given it is for a very special occasion (our wedding) he chose to go into their office to get measured by one of their fitters. The suit took longer than expected to arrive and once it did we discovered the material was low quality and it didn’t fit at all. It looks ridiculous.

With 2 weeks until our wedding this is less than ideal.

We flagged our disappointment to the Founder and reiterated the urgency of the situation given the tight timescales but have yet to receive an acknowledgement or response.

Obviously would not recommend.

Bought a suit from the drop back in june 2018 for my wedding which was abroad in Ibiza. I wanted trousers and a waistcoat as the temperature was very hot whilst the ceremony. From start to finish the drop was amazing! They did everything I asked for and more. When I sent my suit measurements off and my suit come the trousers were a bit tight. I informed the drop about my problem and they even offered to pay for the alteration that I needed. As I thought the customer service was that good I didn’t even bother taking the money. Highly recommend this company and will 100% be using them again!!!!

Great suit, fitted like a glove and cane within the time frame stated. Perfect service.
