I was looking for a made to measure three piece suit for my wedding at a competitive price. Really happy with the end result. The fit and quality is exceptional, and a minor hiccup with the waistcoat was rectified smoothly and in plenty of time. Jeremy and Jonathan have been great throughout!

I am very impressed with the quality and fit of my suit! As I am very tall, it is usually difficult for me to find a suit that is long enough and at the same time not too wide. It only took me a few minutes to take my measurements and The Drop used them to make a perfectly fitting suit!
There were some troubles with my delivery (which was DHL's fault and not The Drop's) and throughout the whole situation the communication with Jonathan was outstanding and he managed to resolve the issue quickly!
I already look forward to designing and ordering my next suit!

Very good quality, fit and style!

Getting a good result from an online tailor requires a degree of patience. You have to ensure that your measurements are accurate and that you communicate your fit preferences to the company clearly, preferably with the aid of photos. The first suit you buy will usually require a few modifications at a local alterations tailor, but once your stats are dialled in properly, future orders should be much easier. I've bought two suits from The Drop and found them easy to deal with and responsive, but it would be nice if they could offer a wider range of materials and options - where's the linen for summer or the tweed for winter? And why doesn't the engine allow you to specify half or full canvas more easily? But this is nit-picking, and hopefully as the company grows these things will develop.

I brought a costumed suit with express delivery and it came late. I have waited longer and when it came it was made from a very poor material, you can see through jacket. I am very despondent from quality. I had to buy another one because i can wear it.
I am not recording.
One star is to much

After a bit of a shaky start the guys at the Drop have done exactly what they said. We ordered 4 suits and all the suits fit really well.

Just tried on my two piece and THANK YOU it couldn't have fitted any better. Well worth the wait and the team kept me up to date during the production part. Absolutely delighted and for years i've been wasting money elsewhere. One of my close friends is getting married later this year and will be recommending the drop.

Having originally posted a negative review - got a phone call from Jonathan - who apologised profusely.
There still seems to be an issue with their listed phone number which they need to sort but having spoken to him - it would appear these guys are legit and do what they say they do.

Absolutely loved the full end to end experience of purchasing a suit from The Drop! Myself and friends were looking for fully bespoke suits for an upcoming wedding and got seriously lucky coming across this company. The whole team made us feel very welcome and completely blew us away with their product knowledge. We were able to order exactly what we wanted, both quality and style, at such a great price. Cannot recommend highly enough and we will definitely be back.

I was initially nervous about measuring for my new suit but the videos on The Drop’s website were really clear. Jonathan was very helpful in guiding me through choosing materials, cuts and other options available to me. The suit arrived within 3 weeks of ordering and its perfect - never had a tailor made suit before and it feels great to wear it. I received so many compliments the first time I wore it to work! I’ll definitely be ordering another one soon.
