Unbelievable value for money. Fantastic suit, I love mine. Got one made for my wedding but will now buy everything from the drop. Very helpful guys, great support and helped me with my slight alteration... my over measuring... not them. Can’t wait to order my next suit!

Went to the drop after seeing an add on Instagram, travelled from the south coast to shoreditch to get sized and the guys were really nice but that's about as far as the positive experience goes.
I went to them for my wedding suit as they were well priced,
When my first suit came it was a stock suit that didn't even fit correctly in completely the wrong colour and non of the adjustments I travelled to london to get put on the suit.
They were apologetic and said there was a mistake with the ordering and would resolve being months before my wedding I was happy to wait another couple of weeks.
8 weeks later that's 10 weeks since my first order the suit came again this time I was so excited being only 7 weeks till my wedding
And my excitement was cut short as the suit was wrong for a second time, I called the drop straight away and explained my annoyance that for a second time you have got it completely incorrect so i asked for a full refund which i got once insent the suits back. Luckily john louis has a good suit section and I know a great seamstresses who tapered my suit

Excellent customer service. Very quick responses via email and I received my suit 2 weeks earlier than expected! Suit also fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 suits - a 2 piece and a 3 piece - which was my first order from The Drop. Despite attending one of their events and being measured by one of the team, both suits were a poor fit and required substantial alterations. Also, the quality of the material of the suit was not as good as I had expected. I alerted The Drop to the issues and sent a copy of the receipt for alterations but 10 days later, I have still not had an answer from them on whether they will reimburse the alterations (as a minimum). To be honest, I have had much better suits “off the peg” and am disappointed by my experience of The Drop.

Amazing and very helpful customer service!

My first email to the Drop was only two weeks ago, I have managed to select a style, select the fabric and processed my order for 2 suits this morning.

I sent over a few pictures that I had liked online and an idea of the fit that I was looking for to the customer service and they got back to me the next day.

The Drop were very professional and were happy to answer my reservations I had about buying from an online store which made me feel at ease. I then selected 10 fabric samples that I wanted to see and feel and they were with me within week.

The measurements were a little tricky but I watched the videos they show on the website and asked a friend to help me measure. I had one question about the video for the way to measure the arm length. But I just sent a quick email asking where I should stop and they explained it to me a lot more.

I've now selected my suits and processed my order this morning and I cant wait to see my suits when they arrive.
